The food was great, but the service was not. Employees just had the meanest looks on their face. Don't even welcome u. It seemed like u just bothered the heck out of them for just being there. I was still being very nice ,saying hi and please, and thank u. Have a good day. But yea maybe they were all just having a bad day. I'm not sure. But hopefully, it changes, and they have better days.

SUBWAY by Joe Prather and Rural King is amazing. We go there frequently. Everyone is so nice. I’ve seen the owner a few times jump in and help out. The only one I will go to. ETA: I don’t know the owner or anyone that works there. Just a customer that appreciates their teamwork and customer service.

I had food delivered and for the second time I received a literally SMASHED sandwich. The half dozen of cookies I ordered were hard as a rock and tasted like they were a month old. For the obscene prices I pay that was my last straw. Will not be back to Subway.

This is my #23 Hotshot which is supposed to come with 3xs provolone. It has 1x provolone and I ordered it straight up! Apparently knowing their menu is not a thing! Terrible!

Ordered and spent my money online for a footlong veggie patty. Sandwich was literally lettuce and bread only no patty. I feel like whoever made the sandwich just didn't care. Drive miles home. Call and told them about issue and spoke to Nicole Knott who told me to bring the sandwich in. I said i can't drive back happy to send you a pic of sandwich and error you made. She declines I ask for owners info. She refuses to give me it. I did meet owner in person once he seemed fine but I just read other reviews about this same issue with wrong orders especially if placed online. Anyway she is dismissive then hangs up. I recorded the whole conversation and sandwich as proof. Uploaded it online. Reached out to head office too. Too bad they treat regulars this way. You can search on u tube Nicole Knott subway radcliff kentucky to hear what she said. No good.
