The young lady azaria is soooo sweet and patient and kept a smile the entire time we were ordering. She made sure our order was fresh and correct and kept a friendly smile on her face the entire time. The other young lady left to go on break and left this girl by herself and she kept her smile the entire time. I used to work for the owner of this store (TK) and he's always been a good genuine guy. So TK, if your reading this, I truly hope you acknowledge this young lady and somehow reward her for being great at her job and having great customer service. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Never have meatballs/other products In stock? My opinion. They’re lazy and don’t want to get the food and make it. This location does not except cupons even tho every other location does. Service is slow and slacking. Everytime I’ve been service is extremely slow and the workers are laughing and busy talking instead of actually doing their job. My opinion? Save yourself the trip and go to the Elizabethtown location by Walmart.
The food was great, but the service was not. Employees just had the meanest looks on their face. Don't even welcome u. It seemed like u just bothered the heck out of them for just being there. I was still being very nice ,saying hi and please, and thank u. Have a good day. But yea maybe they were all just having a bad day. I'm not sure. But hopefully, it changes, and they have better days.

SUBWAY by Joe Prather and Rural King is amazing. We go there frequently. Everyone is so nice. I’ve seen the owner a few times jump in and help out. The only one I will go to. ETA: I don’t know the owner or anyone that works there. Just a customer that appreciates their teamwork and customer service.

I had food delivered and for the second time I received a literally SMASHED sandwich. The half dozen of cookies I ordered were hard as a rock and tasted like they were a month old. For the obscene prices I pay that was my last straw. Will not be back to Subway.
