Ordered and spent my money online for a footlong veggie patty. Sandwich was literally lettuce and bread only no patty. I feel like whoever made the sandwich just didn't care. Drive miles home. Call and told them about issue and spoke to Nicole Knott who told me to bring the sandwich in. I said i can't drive back happy to send you a pic of sandwich and error you made. She declines I ask for owners info. She refuses to give me it. I did meet owner in person once he seemed fine but I just read other reviews about this same issue with wrong orders especially if placed online. Anyway she is dismissive then hangs up. I recorded the whole conversation and sandwich as proof. Uploaded it online. Reached out to head office too. Too bad they treat regulars this way. Don’t bother trying to use a Subway coupon cause they won’t accept them. Even tho they send them to us?! Tried using a valid coupon and the owner (he said he was the owner about 14 times in 5 mins) started losing his mind. Screaming saying he refuses to accept the coupon because he doesn’t make as much money and that I need to be paying full price. I said it’s a valid coupon and you have to accept it or else it’s considered false advertising. He screams again saying he doesn’t care. I told him I wouldn’t be back and that I’ll be filing a complaint with cooperate. He then comes around from behind the counter gets in my face and screams I don’t give a f— about cooperate now get the f— out of my store.
This location reigns supreme in my opinion. I've never had any issues and they make the best sandwiches.Vegetarian options: They have a huge selection that is vegetarian friendly and it's very satisfying.

Made my husband and I’s sandwiches wrong and when we called was told “there’s nothing we can do” by a bitter sounding woman. We drove 20 minutes and she expected us to drive another 40+ minutes to fix a mistake they made? Pathetic. Management here is horrible.
