Sam i believe is her name shes a manager on night shift she is an amazing person very friendly and kind always has the energy very outgoing she is always so helpful when my family comes threw here ! Food was amazing even though it was late still served my family with a smile very hard working employees here at this taco bell always recommended 5 stars for me !.

Ordered DoorDash at 1:30 in the morning. Come 2:30/3:00 when we never got our food we called and Sam had answered…she said she had our order picked up FOUR TIMES! My fiancé went up there to get a refund from her which she did give us, but then said to come back tomorrow and she would give us our order that we never received, he just went up there and she refused to talk to him and threatened to call the cops on him. I will NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

Ordered online using the Taco Bell app. Ordered two $7 cravings boxes, and 2 Dragon Fruit freezes, 6 packets of sauce. Paid online and discovered I was charged over $9.00 for each meal, + expected upcharge for the drinks. Price displayed is falsely advertising $7. Picking up order was told the Dragon Fruit machine was thawing out at 6:00 on a Saturday night, and Baja Blast freeze was a substitute. Got no sauces with the order. Paid more than advertised for meal that wasn't correct. Sent complaint to TB via website about the false price advertized ; no reply other than $10 off next order coupon. Not going to happen. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF PRICES!

I just went through the drive-through at Taco Bell with my kids and they were taking a little bit to order something but I had told the lady to give me one second and she told me to hurry up because they was getting a line mind you I wasn’t even there for more than three minutes and there was only 1 car behind me that wasn’t there long Then got up to the window. She was very, very rude and when I had my window rolled up waiting for my food. She rolled her eyes when it took me a minute to roll it back down very disappointed very disrespectful. I work at a fast food place and things like that is just not OK

Not only am I a consumer customer but I'm also a doordasher I hate this store there ain't but maybe two or three people that work there that are decent but the store itself sucks their business sucks they're slow they're rude today I went in there I stood 10 minutes at the cash register and then they turn around and tell me go order it myself on the kiosk and they'll take my payment first of all what makes you think I know how to work it you shouldn't assume nothing I will be getting her name and I will be reporting her I live all the way on the fort Knox end of Radcliff I recommend going to any of the restaurants up by Joe prather that's what I do
