Writing this to brag on Eric who handled my mobile order upon arriving at the store. He informed us that he was out of the Baja blast that we ordered and was able to quickly help us resolve this. He was also super friendly and welcoming at the drive through window. Was extremely professional, hands down one of the better experiences that I’ve had at this Taco Bell

I work at Freddy's right next door to this location; we closed early because of the snow, ice and everything else going on. I was still waiting on my mother, she was in etown picking my brother up from work, and the roads are super slick so I told her to take her time I will just wait at Taco Bell. As soon as I walked in I asked if they were open, and they didn't seem annoyed. or aggravated that I came in, they were super welcoming and considerate. I work in fast food, I know sometimes especially in these conditions people are just wanting to get home, so I just double checked with them. I asked the group at the front counter if it is okay if I eat in, because nobody was there and I didn't want to be a burden. They all were extremely nice, and even reassured me that It was okay if I stayed in and ate while I waited for my mom. I ordered my food, and sat down, and my food was done in no time, as well as being super fresh. ( I never have problems with this location, I love taco bell and I always get my food right and in a timely manor so kudos ). The manager, her name is Jasmine she brought me my food even though I was going to get it myself, she literally said "No I got it, you sit down and relax". I have never experienced this level of hospitality at any restaurant, let alone a fast food establishment. Not only that, from what I overheard she is newer to this location. And coming from someone who has dealt with power hungry managers, she seems so down to earth and humble. She treated her co-workers amazingly, and with respect. I think she even offered one of them a ride home because she didn't want him to walk with all the snow and ice. As I left, I asked for her name because she is probably the most genuine person I have ever met. She told me to be safe, and have a great night. Jasmine, if you are reading this thank you, I had a very rough night and your hospitality completely changed my mood from bad to good. Not only was she extremely delightful, I can just tell she is amazing to work with. I am very blessed to have a lot of co-workers who are amazing to work with, and we all know having fun co-workers make work fun, and I am sure that the people who work at Taco Bell are blessed to have Jasmine as a manager.
Drive through employee was kind of rude and had an attitude and rushing us placing our order and then forgot items in our order and the items to did get were for the most part incorrect as well.
