Writing this to brag on Eric who handled my mobile order upon arriving at the store. He informed us that he was out of the Baja blast that we ordered and was able to quickly help us resolve this. He was also super friendly and welcoming at the drive through window. Was extremely professional, hands down one of the better experiences that I’ve had at this Taco Bell

I work at Freddy's right next door to this location; we closed early because of the snow, ice and everything else going on. I was still waiting on my mother, she was in etown picking my brother up from work, and the roads are super slick so I told her to take her time I will just wait at Taco Bell. As soon as I walked in I asked if they were open, and they didn't seem annoyed. or aggravated that I came in, they were super welcoming and considerate. I work in fast food,...
