This place messed up my order twice in a row I ordered their chicken bacon deluxe sandwich without cheese and a triple hashbrowns with ham, onions and mushrooms among other things for my family to go when we get home with my order the first time not only are we missing some waffles that we ordered my chicken sandwich was nowhere to be found, in it's place was a hashbrown bowl with chicken and cheese (I hate American cheese it's waxy and not real cheese this is important later in the story) not what I ordered so my mom goes back up to get what I ordered because I had just got off work and have the restaurant fix their mistake and when she comes back she has the missing waffles but what I received was not a chicken bacon deluxe sandwich without cheese it's an odd kind of chicken melt on toast with just chicken cheese and bread and hashbrowns that were also loaded with cheese by this time my family's food was getting cold and my appetite was ruined so I just called it a night and didn't eat but I will never order from this waffle house again

I got home from Waffle House feeling fine I woke up 2 hours after that throwing up something awful not to mention when we came in every table was dirty amd they were dead we got told to give a seat and if it was a dirty table they would come get the dishes in a few

We go there after our meetings almost every night. And the service is one of the biggest reasons we continue to go. Cheese steak bowl and he gets a t bone meal that's very specific. For the most part it's amazing each time. However there are a few things that need to be worked on that's everywhere though. It's a lovely and friendly atmosphere.

Stopped at this facility yesterday to have breakfast as we always do when up there. The waiter put down our silverware and than stood by our table without saying anything and then proceeded to wash dishes. This was very unacceptable for treating customers this way.

I made a special request and it felt so good to hear the cook say “ I got you” The crew worked so well together. It’s rare to see great personality with great service. They truly gave top notch service with a smile. Hard working crew. Loved it and will be back! Waffles were delicious ?
