Drive through experience. The lady running the drive through soured my mood. We ordered a spicy nugget meal and she put it in as just the nuggets. When I tried to correct it when handing the payment over, she closed the window right away. At that point I was done with the experience. The only saving grace was the Wednesday meal was delicious.

Fast food is no longer fast. I’m not sure why I keep coming back. Every time I order on the app and go through drive through, even if no one else is in line, I wait 20+ minutes for my food and it’s never correct. Do not recommend if you’re in a hurry.

Julie greeted me warmly and helped me choose a meal. They got it to me fast, and everything was perfect. I went back to the counter for ice, and Dana was apologetic for the drink station being out of ice while she offered to get some from the back. Thanks for having such a welcoming staff. I was really impressed by the staff that was working Forth of July after the fireworks. There were so many cars in the drive thru. They were understaffed... But the guy was so nice and just ask for patience for being short staff. That was a hell of a guy there working so hard while so much other stuff going on and be there understaffed. We had already been to Wendys in E-Town and couldn't get a frosty. So that's how we ended up in Radcliff. All that to go get a freakin' frosty. ... SMH

They never NEVER get my order right. The fries are always cold and the condiments requested are never provided. Poor service and what seems to be poor training. I understand the job market right now as I deal with it daily, but there seems to be no standard here, so everything flies and there are no consequences so the customer who PAYS THE BILL also gets crap service and food along with footing the bill 🙄🙄🙄

I don't know why I ever come to this location. I always end up waiting here MUCH longer than if I'd just driven to the Wendy's in the next city. Today was no different. I waited OVER 5 minutes JUST to get my order taken in the drive thru. I sat at the payment window for over 7 minutes. The guy at the window was extremely polite, which totally made up for the delay. You can get away with so much when you're polite!
