Terrible service all the way around! It is literally always something when it comes to this location! I had to go back after getting our food in drive thru because 4 of the items were wrong! One of them being an allergen issue with a small child! Not only did i have to go back in once but a 2nd time because they simply couldnt get it right

Over whelmed id say during to lack of managers planning of higher volume of customers during holidays. Sad mistakes , hurt customers satisfaction and employees getting g fussed at for things the cant control . Do better Wendy's management !!

Food Took literally an Hour To get out to Us The Chubby White man at The Window was VERY disrespectful !He Rushes Us to Order And Was Just Rude when We Got to Window (I DONT SUGGEST THIS WENDYS)

Curtis and manager Dayna were phenomenal! They went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Curtis was welcoming and Dayna was very professional. Experiencing great customer service is always a plus. Thank you, Curtis, Dayna, and staff that I didn't see in the back for a wonderful experience today.

Just shut this location down and start over. Everything from poor and slow service to the food preparation is horrible. 20 minute wait for a SMALL order.
Update: 3 months later, no change! Literally the worst Wendy's location ever.

Last week I went through the drive-through I’m a little hard of hearing and couldn’t understand the young man’s saying card only. OK, all I wanted was this was a frosty. I’ll go in. Another lady come in Wendy’s, the same time that I did. The two young men in the back we’re making fun of people saying “what part of card do you not understand”
We both stood there and waited and listen to them. I finally leaned over the counter and the guy seen me. He walked outside to take an order out, walked back in and didn’t even try to take mine or the young ladies order just stayed by the window so I just walked out.
I’ve been coming to Wendy’s for many many years. It’s one of my favorite, but I think you need to have better workers. I wasn’t mean I’m not a Karen, but the way they acted was uncalled for. Wendy’s in Radcliff isn’t as good as it use to be. I don’t think I will be back for awhile .
It was awful. The cashier was coughing all over the place. She was very confused and acted like she didn't know what she was doing and couldn't keep up. But it wasn't even busy! The food order was messed up. The drink machine in the lobby was out of order. Then the drinks in the back, a lot of them were out. Then we get a brownie frosty and pay for a large and she makes it in a medium cup and then places the medium cup inside of a large. But we payed for a large and technically got a medium. We will not be back to this Wendy's ever!!
