Julie greeted me warmly and helped me choose a meal. They got it to me fast, and everything was perfect. I went back to the counter for ice, and Dana was apologetic for the drink station being out of ice while she offered to get some from the back. Thanks for having such a welcoming staff. I was really impressed by the staff that was working Forth of July after the fireworks. There were so many cars in the drive thru. They were understaffed... But the guy was so nice and just ask for patience for being short staff. That was a hell of a guy there working so hard while so much other stuff going on and be there understaffed. We had already been to Wendys in E-Town and couldn't get a frosty. So that's how we ended up in Radcliff. All that to go get a freakin'...
July 2025
I don't know why I ever come to this location. I always end up waiting here MUCH longer than if I'd just driven to the Wendy's in the next city. Today was no different. I waited OVER 5 minutes JUST to get my order taken in the drive thru. I sat at the payment window for over 7 minutes. The guy at the window was extremely polite, which totally made up for the delay. You can get away with so much when you're polite!
