I don't know why I ever come to this location. I always end up waiting here MUCH longer than if I'd just driven to the Wendy's in the next city. Today was no different. I waited OVER 5 minutes JUST to get my order taken in the drive thru. I sat at the payment window for over 7 minutes. The guy at the window was extremely polite, which totally made up for the delay. You can get away with so much when you're polite!

I come to this Wendy's all the time and everytime I do I get so frustrated. If it wasn't the only Wendy's in Radcliff I would take my business else where. my kids absolutely loves Wendy's. I feel this place needs better management and better employees. I was rushed over the intercom, I was getting so frustrated that the lady in the drive threw was talking over me. All the questions she asked me was for no reason apparently because everything I asked for I got...

Went to Wendy's, hoping for a quick meal. I'm not sure what happened in the food prep area. Perhaps they were short-handed? The food came out nice and warm. It took a little while to get our order just as everyone else. The very nice gentleman behind the counter was doing his best, taking orders and doing food prep. After a while, he had to stop taking dine in orders. Many diners were sad over that. I hope they resolve the issue soon!
