This place is delicious. The brisket was on point the smoke ring the trim of fat the melting in my mouth . Ah a chefs kiss! Peach cobbler delicious however would have liked more filling but that cobbler was good. The ribs delicious not as good as the brisket but we’re splitting hairs on that my girlfriend found the ribs to be better than the brisket. She loved the broccoli salad great crunch and vinegar flavor not too creamy. I loved the sweet potatoes just mmm butter a little...
Hidden gem tucked away in the mountains of red river gorge! Don't be deterred by the extra drive and unsuspecting facade if the building, this place is brimming with ambience and amazing food and craft cocktail experiences. The brisket was so tender I didn't need to cut it, just melted on the fork. The Mac and cheese, house salad, and Nashville hot chicken are all worth the try!! Definitely coming back if I'm in the area again!
