Hey this a wonderful pace and a great place to eat they have wonderful food and great service. And they are pretty quick at getting your food out to you and they come and ask if you need anything else and the waitresses they ask you if your done with your plate and they take it back to the back. And they clean the tables and get it ready for the next people to be seated. They are hard workers good cooks and very nice people and owners that own it. I worked there just for one night a few years back and I was just filling in for someone and had a wonderful time and worked with people that I did not know and did not know what I was doing but I learned really quick. I recommend this place to anybody to eat at. And the cook that works there he is a very hard worker and knows what he is doing.

Food was good. The parking is far bit there is a shuttle van. The walk is far down a dock. The restaurant floats..it's dirty, hot and there's a lot of bugs and dogs.

I drove an hour and a half to make contact with the owner of this establishment Laura Hebrock following up from earlier this summer concerning a position of employment. As I was instructed to do so when the season began to "slow down". Left contact info, AGAIN. Was I frustrated, yes but... understanding that life of a business owner is hectic to say the least. I waited 3 days, no word. As instructed by her family members I made another call. Finally spoke to Laura. We had a verbal agreement that I would work a 3 day shift for her bartending the poker run in nancy as well as a catering event in somerset. I sent all docs she required of me via email. And was told she would be in touch to go over details etc. I took off work from my other job to accommodate her. Three days pass with no word, no response to a call, and no response to pervious text. So... I'm out 3 days of work and that is money my family can not afford to loose. I do not appreciate the level of unprofessionalism with which she clearly operates under. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of working for her at any of her business's. Also, food is over priced and mediocre. Do better by people Laura. Times are hard without making things more difficult for families. Thanks.

Food was very disappointing. Sure its on the water so the prices are a bit higher, but you get nothing for it. Low quality ingredients, melted cheese and chewy bacon on a chicken breast. Crab cakes were fishy. Shrimp was undercooked. My kids didnt even like the basic kids meals. I've been to enough restaurants to tell what quality food is and this isnt it. No effort or thought into the most important aspect of a restaurant, the food! Make it great or you'll never have repeat customers.

Great place! Living on the lake and being a regular at every restaurant, I keep score. Came in on a busy Saturday with an hour wait on food (a normal wait for any Marina restaurant on the weekend) and food came out perfect. A welcoming bunch. Small business owned and owner was greeting customers. Highly recommend!

My family visited Fishtails this past weekend and had a great experience. The service was fantastic and our food was ready in ample amount of time. The restaurant was packed but they got us in promptly. I highly recommend the Mahi Tacos, they were the BOMB!
Went there last weekend with my family. Great place, GREAT food and GREAT service! Everyone was very nice and attentive. Although the place was crowded and we had to wait for food, the server brought us chips and queso to hold us over. I mean, it is the lake and to expected to wait no matter where you go on the weekend. The food was amazing when it did come and the music was great as well. Altogether, a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend. Cannot wait to go back again and get the Mahi Tacos! Also, I recommend the Fishbowl! YUM!

First off, we were told the crab cakes we wanted were not ready (we were there at around 1:45pm, so not sure why). Secondly, the prawns were NOT butterflied prawns at all!!!! They were actually popcorn-size shrimp. The breading on the inside was raw on almost all of the shrimp. We waited over 2 hours before our food was brought to the table. The fries came out cold. Not once were we approached by management to see how things were going. Our waitress was fantastic, but the wait time and quality of food was very disappointing to say the least. Probably won't go back.

Absolutely terrible service, 11 open tables and we have been here 1 hour 30 minutes. Folks are actually getting up and getting their own drinks.Has nothing to do with crowd, terrible management and leadership. Save yourself the bother and stay away.Now they ran out of pretzels, fries after waiting this long...Update: Food came to table with hair in taco. Server worked hard to make it right.
