Man, this is the best Hardee’s around, if you go to somerset and get a loaded omelet biscuit, it’s cold and there’s not really any loaded omelet. This place is a different story, their biscuits are huge and hot every time. And if you’re really hungry get a double loaded omelet biscuit. You will get a double!

Walked in to the store at 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Restaurant was completely empty of customers. Walk up to the register to order only for the menu boards to be not working and when I asked the girl where their menu was I was met with a slightly annoyed “ we’ll do you have the app”. I shouldn’t need the app when I am standing in the restaurant. We then placed out order and waited much longer than it should have took while the employees all seemed to be migrating to what I would assume is the office. No reason everyone should be in the office when there are customers in the lobby. When we finally got the food the fries were completely burnt and too hard to eat. Every single table looked like it had t been wiped in hours nor the floor swept. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

The restaurant itself is well kept. However sometimes there is an awful smell coming from somewhere outside during the warmer weather and it just smells too bad for me or my family to eat there. If smell issues get fixed. It would be a huge upgrade for the restaurant.

Well just threw the rubber hockey puck of a “double cheese burger” burger was so cold hard rubbery and dry that one bite was all I could bear. There is no way this burger was made even in the last 2 hours. So disgusting. I feel like they found it under something when sweeping the floor and just served it to me. I will absolutely never be back to Russell springs Hardee’s. So gross

It was 36 degrees out, which was warmer than inside the restaurant. Our hamburgers were cold and the French fries were hot, but very salty. Very disappointed for our first visit. Will not go to that location again.

Hot ham and cheese was ice cold ham and cheese fries were hard and buns was old. Threw it all away. Avoid the is dump.
