Got there about 11:30 nearly all the tables needed cleaning. No napkins in dispenser and none with the orders. Coffee machine was out. Only three catsup packets left. My burger was cold. Had to ask for cream for the coffee twice. I was really happy to have a close Hardee's. Guess I will give them a few months to improve before I try again.

Service was very nice and prompt. I didn't sit for more than 5 mins in the drive thru, its was 5:45am have you but none the less. Food was hot and I was pleased until I noticed that my order wasn't complete. They forgot to put part of my order in the bag. Had it been busy I would be more understanding but there was only myself and 1 car infront of me. This was something that could have been prevented if only they had checked the order before handing it out. Better luck next time Hardee's team.
