Our experience was OK. There were many customers and unfortunately only 1 waitress and 1 cook. It was hard for them to keep up. 100% not the employees fault this is on the owner/ manager.

It took 20 mins to be acknowledged 40 mins to get drinks, waitress finally brought 3 drink refills and dropped them on the table, pepsi was running all over table spilled in our food and waitress "Katie" remark was I thought you had them. She walked away and never came back. We was left to clean up spilled drinks. This was absolutely the worst service we have ever had. She forgot to bring some foods even and the cook actually brought that out. Food was great until it got soaked in Pepsi by waitress. Absolutely the worst place to go. Over 2 hrs to get a lunch and be treated this way. Katie was the worst waitress.

The food was really good; however, the food we had got cold, and it took almost 20 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. The waitress that we had on Saturday morning couldn't even serve her own section (she needed help from the managers) and she was standing around outside the kitchen when I had a flat sprite. Another guy I was in here with got one refill on his coffee the entire time we were here. I am not typically finnicky when I eat out because it's not a 5 star restaurant or anything but still, I was grinding my teeth for the majority of the time I was here. The kitchen doesn't deserve the terrible waiting staff that they had. It ruined the entire experience.

It is SO hard to find good people nowadays. Sarah was an absolute doll and went out of her way to go above and beyond. Late night pregnancy cravings aren’t always met with a happy face around here. Small town hospitality is still alive and I’m GRATEFUL ?? Not to mention…. my waffle was phenomenal ???

We came here to eat before a surgical consult, we had plenty of time for a meal (about an hour) before the consult was to start. We came in and were seated and decided to leave after the dark haired waitress told us to sit anywhere and continued sweeping the entire restaurant while we sat- after about 10-15 minutes of not having our drink order taken we left and decided to just eat after the consult in case of the same event. I've been a server, and I understand things get busy, but we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant, and I've never continued sweeping or piddling when I have people waiting on me. Not service I would stay for or tip for, her loss because we are big tippers!
