I don’t ever leave reviews but here is my first one. The pizza is almost always raw in some places. The major issue is that I, and from what I’ve been told by multiple others, have found hair in our food in almost every visit. Hairnets are not worn here and it shows. One of their managers handle food, box and slice pizzas, and hands them out all while messing with his hair. It is on multiple occasions that this has been brought to workers, and yet the workers still dont wear hair nets. Unless you enjoy hair with your food I would not recommend eating here.

Always check your order before leaving. If you drive seven miles home only to find it’s wrong, that means a 14-mile round trip just to get it fixed. Gas isn’t cheap, and neither is time. When Papa John’s once messed up my pizza, they were so apologetic I told them it was fine, but they still gave me a free side or dessert along with the remade pizza. That made me feel valued. A simple “sorry, come back, we’ll fix it” doesn’t really cut it, not with today’s prices and the wear on your car.

Placed an online order at 11:54, I called at 1:25 asking where it was they said they didn’t have delivery drivers. So I guess they just wasn’t going to tell me. I had to call and cancel my order and I ordered papa John’s.

We had an issue with an order on Tuesday and the manager called on Wednesday and was extremely professional and made it right. Went back on Wednesday for the correction and the service and food were excellent. Thank you for a great experience

The worst service in the area - ordered a pan pizza got a hand tossed - ordered cinnamon sticks never got - in restaurant over an hour and a half at 4:30 in the afternoon- SMH- will not be returning - and I know the restaurant has nothing to do with other patrons but of course this senior got stuck next to screaming 8 year old that needed a slap upside her head - you know how I know she was 8 she was screaming she could go to the bathroom by herself because she was 8

Pizza hut is my favorite place to go in Russell Springs, that offers the best prices! But most importantly, the best customer service. They do not want you to be unhappy, they'll fix it, make it right or make it custom for you. The staff there is wonderful and always ready to help. I do like to tell others to be kind when they're having a busy night. They usually have just enough staff, if not, understaffed occasionally. So they may get backed up. Just know they're doing the best work with the resources they have. Everything is made to order, so always fresh! It's a great place to dine in or order at! I recommend!

Definitely not the best of this chain! It's went downhill over the past 4 years. They used to have a lunch buffet and it was great but they took it away. Ohh well it is what it is. I'd much rather drive to Somerset not too far from here and go to Domino's Pizza! It's a little cheaper and so much better! Just my opinion.
awful. ordered a thin crust and it wasn’t even cooked through. how do u even do that? Was the only one there and still wasn’t greeted for 15 minutes. This place is lame. Hopefully it’s gone soon. Papa John’s better🗣️

We miss the Salad bar! And we showed up on a night with no wait staff, but the personal pan pizza was as good as we remembered! Maybe pick up is a better choice than dine in🫣🤔

Ordered tavern pizza with bacon pepperoni mushrooms banana peppers onion and boneless mild wings. Was told 14 minutes. 35 minutes later pizza had no bacon or pepperoni. Pizza was cold. Wings were bone in buffalo burnin hot.
