The worst service in the area - ordered a pan pizza got a hand tossed - ordered cinnamon sticks never got - in restaurant over an hour and a half at 4:30 in the afternoon- SMH- will not be returning - and I know the restaurant has nothing to do with other patrons but of course this senior got stuck next to screaming 8 year old that needed a slap upside her head - you know how I know she was 8 she was screaming she could go to the bathroom by herself because she was 8

Pizza hut is my favorite place to go in Russell Springs, that offers the best prices! But most importantly, the best customer service. They do not want you to be unhappy, they'll fix it, make it right or make it custom for you. The staff there is wonderful and always ready to help. I do like to tell others to be kind when they're having a busy night. They usually have just enough staff, if not, understaffed occasionally. So they may get backed up. Just know they're doing the best work with the resources they have. Everything is made to order, so always fresh! It's a great place to dine in or order at! I recommend!

Definitely not the best of this chain! It's went downhill over the past 4 years. They used to have a lunch buffet and it was great but they took it away. Ohh well it is what it is. I'd much rather drive to Somerset not too far from here and go to Domino's Pizza! It's a little cheaper and so much better! Just my opinion.

awful. ordered a thin crust and it wasn’t even cooked through. how do u even do that? Was the only one there and still wasn’t greeted for 15 minutes. This place is lame. Hopefully it’s gone soon. Papa John’s better🗣️

We miss the Salad bar! And we showed up on a night with no wait staff, but the personal pan pizza was as good as we remembered! Maybe pick up is a better choice than dine in🫣🤔

Ordered tavern pizza with bacon pepperoni mushrooms banana peppers onion and boneless mild wings. Was told 14 minutes. 35 minutes later pizza had no bacon or pepperoni. Pizza was cold. Wings were bone in buffalo burnin hot.
Had to wait for 25 minutes just to get our drink order and a nother35 min just to get our food and the pizza wasn't fit to eat wont be back

It was alright. Good food. Overall fairly good place. Little slow on the drink refills. They got our pizza wrong. But the manager finally fixed it up at the end. So not too bad here. I've always liked there classic mild wings with ranch too.

Recently renovated, the new seats are horrible, not sure what they were thinking. hard as can be on your bit AND back, just really uncomfortable. the food was great but dang, it hurts your but just sitting there.
Last night I placed an order online. Just a simple bbq chicken pizza and wings as well as using my points for free cheese bread. My husband went and to pick it up the cheese bread didnt show up so we didn’t get them so he brought it home. The dough was not even done all the way. The wings barely had any sauce on them. Very disappointed with Russell springs Kentucky Pizza Hut. Will definitely be going else where from now on.

The dining room was newly remodeled, colorful and fun. It was very neat and clean. A wide variety of seating for all ages and sizes. The employee that waited on me was very patient and helpful. We were eating in and taking orders home to two families. He helped me get the best deal with current sales by helping me combine orders and so on. Food was hot and delicious and just how we ordered. Clearly the other employees cared also. I have to say it absolutely was the employee than waited on us that made sure everything was perfect. He genuinely cared and I wish I had asked his name.
Kid-friendliness: Had various seating options kids would like such as high colorful bar stools and a variety of booths. Newly remodeled and colorful. Staff were friendly to kids. Also kids can have personal size pizzas to get what they want on their own pizza.
