We had an issue with an order on Tuesday and the manager called on Wednesday and was extremely professional and made it right. Went back on Wednesday for the correction and the service and food were excellent. Thank you for a great experience
Pizza hut is my favorite place to go in Russell Springs, that offers the best prices! But most importantly, the best customer service. They do not want you to be unhappy, they'll fix it, make it right or make it custom for you. The staff there is wonderful and always ready to help. We miss the Salad bar! And we showed up on a night with no wait staff, but the personal pan pizza was as good as we remembered! Maybe pick up is a better choice than dine in🫣🤔
