I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. The people was nice but the food was horrible I went there yesterday with my mom and the cheese bread was thin as paper hard could barley chew it was burnt looked like it was leftover from previous day and reheated up the pizza was horrible too and it was not worth no 21 bucks for what little i did eat they need to fix this issue or shut down ?
Giovanni's in Russell KY is the best I've found around this area. The buffet, on multiple visits, is always fresh and the service is outstanding with friendly employees. Prior to the last couple of months, we frequented a couple other Giovanni's buffets and none have compared. Russell staff do not make you feel like you are a burden to be dining in the restaurant.
