“Very helpful and very organized. We had a table for 19 people on Graduation day we waited long because we had no reservations but all waiters and cashier were very organized and quick to sit and make space for all parties coming in. I was given water and a chair for my comfort while I was waiting for our table to be ready. When we were at our table the waiter was quick to get our orders and other waiters passing by us were also checking everything was good at our table. I recommend this place 100%. Food was delicious and the beer at the bar was very cold and served with a smile.”

“I ordered the Chicken Ranchero and it was served sizzling 🔥 hot on a hot skillet. 2 large cuts of juicy chicken covered with sauce, melted cheese and pineapples served with a separate plate of rice and refried beans covered with cheese!!!! Absolutely delicious 😋. The hostess promptly seated us at a clean table. The waitress was amazing 👏. Restrooms: clean floors, toilets, paper towels and toilet paper fully stocked and sinks was clean. Wonderful experience most meals under $20 each.”

“Man oh man. My bf and I were on our way to Walmart to pick up a rotisserie chicken tonight, and I pointed out the 86 BBQ truck. So we pulled in and ordered. We both got the BBQ brisket sandwich, a side of Cole slaw and macaroni salad. Now mind you, I’m not from the south. I have heard the ravings of southern BBQ so I’ve tried many a BBQ place in my 3 years out here. I’ve had better BBQ at the bar I worked at in Southern California in the middle of the desert than anywhere I’ve tried from the depths of Texas, through Mississippi, Tennessee and here in Kentucky. I went for the brisket cause it’s easy to mess up, but can be PHENOMENAL when done properly. AND LET ME TELL YOU it was tender, like fall apart tender, full of flavor, wonderful crust, and the BBQ sauce…was…perfect! Just enough to compliment the smoke, perfectly sweet, a tease of what I think was cinnamon, and a dash of savory. It did its job in complimenting the meat itself, without over powering or relying on the sauce. It was WONDERFUL. The slaw was Fresh and crisp and PERFECT. No metallic taste or soggy and watery. Unfortunately my macaroni salad was forgotten, but I’m not even upset that it was missed, just sad I didn’t get to try it. The lady who took our order was so so sweet and the epitome of southern hospitality. Nothing is more wholesome or makes you feel good about yourself than a sweet southern gal calling you baby, and following that up with some of the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had. We are so excited to try the other items on their menu, and will definitely be back! If you’re looking for the ‘southern bbq’ that you hear about all over the country…86 BBQ is the place to go!”

“Visited tonight with family and had a great experience. Cashier was super friendly & ordering was a breeze. They are cash only, but not a big deal at all. Not having credit card fees likely helps them with keeping prices low, which they are. For my family of 3 we had a double cheeseburger, hot dog, fish sandwich + an order each of fries & tots for under $15!! You can barely make food at home for that price. Food was freshly prepared and gave off classic old school fast food/drive-in vibes. Everything was tasty, portions were solid and overall we had zero complaints. We’ll definitely be back soon ✌?”

“I never order online. My order has never been right when ordering online. When ordering in person some of the workers don't listen and act mad because they are working. The food is very good if you can get what you ordered.”

“while usually I love Arbys and have rarely had any issues I was upset with how they handled an issue today. for starters I ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites which come with sauce, when I was given my food I was asked if I wanted any other sauces so I assumed (I will take partial blame here) the sauces for sides were in the bag. when I got home I realized not only did I not any sauce but they also forgot my daughter's chicken tenders. no big deal I can give her some of my food and call and get a voucher for 3 tenders next time I'm in town. we called and they asked could we come back today, when we told them no they asked if we could come back tomorrow, once again no. (I only live about 15min from there but I also have 2 year old and do want to make a special trip for 3 chicken tenders.) they seemed reluctant to offer anything else so I said forget it (it's not worth it for 3 chicken tenders that I paid $2.50 for). that being said... I do love their food and typically they are fairly fast and usually get my order right. so I do recommend them just check ur bag if u have a larger order cause it can be a pain to get it replaced if they forgot something or messed something up.”

“Just got done eating here and then looked at the reviews. Previous reviews say this place is a bad one to eat at. Here’s my experience: Super friendly service Super fast order time. Literally the fastest I have ever gotten my food from any Sonic location. Took maybe a minute or minute and a half. On top of that it tasted amazing. Best taste of any other sonic I have been to. Highly recommend. Don’t know what happened to get all the negative reviews but whatever the change was - you’re doing it right. I’m impressed. Go to the Dover, TN location and show them how it’s done. They suck. Russellville gets two thumbs up from me 👍 👍”
