Quick service and good food.

They always get my door dash order correct even though it's special ordered. I appreciate that. They actually read what I ask for
Too a little more time than expected to get our food from the app, but management made up for it.
Let’s be real, fast food options have TANKED overall since the pandemic hit. We live in Tennessee and our local BK stinks. We stopped in to this location on an errand and WOW! 🤩 Randy took our order and at first asked us to wait which was fine as we were deciding still. He came back on the speaker, apologized for the delay and was so patient as we ordered. We pulled to the first window and Randy handed us a bag. We were puzzled. The bag had napkins, forks, the condiments we requested and straws inside. Way to think ahead! I wish more fast food places did this! We pulled to the second window where Logan repeated our drink order before fixing our drinks. He said he hadn’t received the food order through the system so we handed him our receipt. We got anxious expecting our order to end up wrong because of this glitch. My husband has an allergy and often, fast food places skip over it. We usually have to ask for a remake 9 out of 10 times. It’s an allergy so it’s not like we can pull pickles or tomato off and call it a day. However, our order was handed out and upon inspection it was perfection! 🍔 ✨ Logan was taking other guest’s orders while packing ours up and was very charismatic about “welcome to BK where YOU RULE!” Both men seemed to enjoy their job and totally deserve a raise for customer engagement and overall guest satisfaction. I know it’s only a fast food meal but this visit became an experience and a memory for us of a good Saturday outing oddly enough. Lol. All of our experience has led to this review and I’m so thrilled to give this team/store positive feedback. I was shocked to see a 3.1 ⭐️ overall review!! 😱
This place has been a disaster since it’s opened always really slow always out of stuff and their employees always look lost in the manager too. They get rid of people and they hire the same kind of people right back.
We just ordered two impossible (meatless) whopper meals… and Chris was the employee who took our order… he was Polite. Professional. And had a great sense of humor. When we paced our Order, he asked if we “would you like to add cheese, and dare I say, bacon”. We of course declined. Lol. It was pretty funny. Had to be there I guess. But anyway… great moment. I appreciate a good laugh and great attitude. 👍🤩
Great food ! Decent prices. Customer service is pretty good . Definitely a great place to eat . Have it Your way at Burger King !

It took three tries for them to make me a Whopper the way I take it. They didn't refund me for the three whoppers I had to buy. The service was horrible. A child puked in the playroom and it took him over 30 minutes to get in there clean it up. I don't recommend going to the one in Murray.

They will give you the wrong order and the MANAGER will have an attitude if you complain, she didn’t even apologize and only said it was not her fault, acting rude and even laughing in our face. This happened with the “manager” in charge on October 17th around 8 PM, after we waited for 40 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of us. This long wait has happened several times before.
