It took three tries for them to make me a Whopper the way I take it. They didn't refund me for the three whoppers I had to buy. The service was horrible. A child puked in the playroom and it took him over 30 minutes to get in there clean it up. I don't recommend going to the one in Murray.

They will give you the wrong order and the MANAGER will have an attitude if you complain, she didn’t even apologize and only said it was not her fault, acting rude and even laughing in our face. This happened with the “manager” in charge on October 17th around 8 PM, after we waited for 40 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of us. This long wait has happened several times before.

DON’T COME HERE TO BUY the Adam’s Family Special menu (purple Whopper)!!!! It’s a complete scam. They’ll give you a regular Whopper and claim they’re out of the purple bun, but they won’t inform you of this when you order—only when you go back to complain. The manager won’t care and will just say with a smirk she can’t do anything and doesn’t know why you weren’t warned. Not to mention that it’s fast food and you’ll be waiting in line for over 40 minutes 😂🤡 and this has happened multiple times 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Says open to dine in at 0600. Walked over to try to order breakfast at around 6:08 door was locked staff ignored me at the door. Recommend you change your hours for your dine in on your poster. Or make sure that staff are opening the store at the correct time.

The wait was horrendous, almost 15 min at the window waiting for our order, and it wasn't like it was anything special,
Baleigh Doss is the sweetest. The best worker ever I’ve seen in this store ever! If I were the district manager I’d give her a raise. She definitely deserves it. She served me and my wife and made sure our food was correct and fresh! Ill be spreading her name around for sure!
I was served a breakfast sandwich and the bread is molded. ?????. They offered to give me another sandwich like that’s what I wanted is more miles. Zero cleanliness standards. How did you miss this and serve this to a customer.
