i got raw meat on my salad and not even a discount or a sorry. totally cross contamination. manager Abel was hiding. after several waiters and cashier said he never moves from counter. Very true because I saw him all the time we were there by the counter. He said he didn't have the authority to give a discount, He mentioned i told the cookes to dispose everything already. I said that's not the point. I bit into it. Very rude Manager

I had bad experiences in the past but decided to give this restaurant another chance...boy was that a mistake.. poor service and rude waitress. Food not that great. This was my last attempt to try to enjoy it but that did not happen. So long El Rancho Grande in Russellville Kentucky.

Very helpful and very organized. We had a table for 19 people on Graduation day we waited long because we had no reservations but all waiters and cashier were very organized and quick to sit and make space for all parties coming in. I was given water and a chair for my comfort while I was waiting for our table to be ready. When we were at our table the waiter was quick to get our orders and other waiters passing by us were also checking everything was good at our table. I recommend this place 100%. Food was delicious and the beer at the bar was very cold and served with a smile.

Just a bit too noisy for me. Sports bar atmosphere - lots of Tv's and the music was a little too loud too. But the food and service were great.
