The Chicken was burnt and old!! They would not answer the phone to report it. We live in Bear Creek my husband pick this up on his way home. We had to throw it away it was so bad!!! This is two times this has happened at the KFC. 😢

The girl behind the chicken guard dogs the Chicken, problem is she tried to keep us from getting 3 fat Chicken Breasts!!! She kept trying to give us them "Chicken Thighs". My Husband corrected her, & she got mad too bad!!! She acted as if she thought we was stupid!!! Not happening!!! 2nd we get cheated on a Large Gravy every dawned time we go threw the drive threw. Everytime they ask if we want a laLarge gravy in a small container is extremely disrespectful. Chicken flavor is great; we only ask that you consider this if you go there. and you get Hood winked, write a review as a matter of fact demand a correction if it happens again go to the CEO of KFC 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗 🍗

Stopped at drive thru on ky way to work...asked for 2 pc with potatoes and extra side of slaw...I paid for the extra side, but sadly when I got to work they had not put it in the bag.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Been here for 20 mins no ones acknowledged me or even asked if I was needing anything. They keep looking at me and not saying a word and I’ve said maam or sir several times. KFC is a very big disappointment. They literally don’t care and have very poor customer service.

Waited 30 min for order. Food was only luke warm when delivered to wait line, not the window. Bisquits were half size, sides were 2-3oz, chicken was micro: drums wing size, half a breast, thighs cut in half. A total rip off, NOT a $20 value, more of a snack pack. Popeyes is better value & portion size, better flavor too
