1st, as I got here to make my review, I'm really shocked there isn't way more bad reviews. Basically I order food get verification on order wait over 30 mins, go in show the verification from them and my bank! The rude employees said that I was not getting food and I would not get MY money back! rude employees & crooks

I would give a fat ZERO for stars if able. We ordered food, then waited over 30 mins for food. Go in and they claim they don't have my order, but I have email verification, plus bank. The rude employees tell me that I'm not getting my food and that MY money will be held for a few days. The food totally sucks anyways!! But for whatever reason my kids like it. Mcdonald's Sucks and so does rude people. They have no business working in public!

These are the most unprofessional/disrespectful young group of people I have dealt with in a long time. My son & I order was done incorrectly! We didn't get what we paid for & they wouldn't correct it! The girl snatched the $20.00 bill out of my hands & then we were totally disrespected at the next window! McDonald's in Russellville will not get another dime of my money! Very rude young people working their!!

I wasn’t happy with my order at all. My fries was very cold,. The Coke Cola drink was not full to the top** ( over an inch or more from the rim). I had a cold McRib sandwich it came with only 1 pickle and had no onions at all.
