Great BBQ. The fried okra was a pleasant surprise. Some of the best I've had in a long while. We also tried the fried pies. Apple and peach. Very yummy! A nice ending to our meal.
This was our 1st visit. I had the barbecue plate with chopped barbecue,
on cornbread with coleslaw and cucumber salad sides, my husband had the ribs, cabbage, and black eyed peas. Everything was excellent! Can’t wait to go back and try their other menu items. The service was super and they totally reflected true southern hospitality.

Absolutely love this joint! I know you didn't ask, but here's the backstory anyway: my wife broke her ankle back in fall of 2023, so she couldn't walk. Well, we wanted to get out of the house since she's couped up in there all day-she works from home and had a broken ankle, so needless to say she was sick of looking at the inside of our home.
