Play some mobile order for a simple slushy and the order was supposed to be ready by 11:09. One of the female car hoppers came out after I had finally pressed the button and said I’m still waiting on my mobile order after I had already checked in using the app and had been sitting directly in front of the window, where they can blatantly see my car They continue to ignore me then further I press the button again and they tell me that they don’t even see a mobile order, but on my screen earlier around 1108 it said specifically the car hop of the name Keehler was on the way out. He never showed up. Awful customer service! I just went ahead and my order was found only after I requested for a refund.

Our first time in a Sonic and we had a Blast? the car hop came out to our table and offered our dog Jake a cup of ice cream ? it was his very first ice cream, and of course he loved it. We had the Heath blast and it was really good. We definitely will be back.
It seems like this sonic has a problem with bacon. They upcharged me $1.25 to put bacon on my burger. To my surprise, there wasn’t a single slice on my burger.

Usually never have any issues. Aside from having to repeat myself more then 5 times to a girl taking my order when it was just 2 kids meals. You'd think repeating it that many times and as slow as I did she wouldn't have gotten one of the kids meals messed up.... Smh that's where the missing stars went..
Kid-friendliness: Our girls LOVE the toys they get in the kids meals. And they always eat their food. They should allow the kids to get the apple sauce and either fries or tots though...

If you had to deal with my grandparents at around 4:40-4:58 today asking for the manager on a “15 min wait” even though it wasn’t, I am deeply sorry. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, you guys did absolutely nothing wrong. Idk why my grandpa acts that way but i am still very sorry.
