I went to grab some quick dinner for my family, and I'll be honest, it was a lengthy order. The staff was so kind and understand, quick, and all had pleasant attitudes, and really seemed to be having a lovely night. I asked their names for my positive review. Harmony, Joe, Wyatt, Laura and Devin, you guys are all doing an amazing job! Way to go. You made this mama's night.
When I say I have never been so disrespected by workers from somewhere like I was tn I mean it. Went to Taco Bell started order got interrupted every time I said something. Got to the window and here’s how my conversation went Me: I’m just making sure my order is correct bc when I was ordering I was constantly interrupted and she was being rude Girl at window: um idk I didn’t have a headset Me: ok but you all didn’t have to be so freaking rude we customers are giving our money to yall to get food and yall are having attitudes for no reason Girl:rolls her eyes Me: ok go ahead roll you eyes I don’t care I wanted to know why you think it’s ok to act the way you freaking do Girl:Hollers for manager “Cassondra” There’s words being said and she goes ok buh bye. When I say I wanted to get out my car and drag those two girls out that window I mean it. I know customer service is exhausting and it’s rough but there was no need for that kind of behavior when I was asking if the order was right bc I was constantly interrupted. Taco is becoming known for rude employees and obviously the manager Cassondra is not caring what her employees do and don’t care about her customers either. Taco Bell corrupt will be called and I AM going tomorrow to find out who the General Manager bc they need to clean up Taco Bell so if you know Taylor P from Taco Bell or Cassondra the manager I’m coming for their jobs bc customers deserve respect when they arent even being rude.

this time I went in the line was to long on the drive thru was long. i had to use a app no one took my order i watched all the cars get there food then one cook went to the other side and made mine. they didnt have ice and didnt have the right cup it was messy in the place also the food was ok .

Slowest "fast food" I've ever experienced. Ordered on the kiosk and spent 20 minutes standing at the counter waiting for 5 tacos. 5 fking tacos. How does that take 20 minutes. With 9 people working

Each time have went to this particular Taco Bell, the workers have been so kind and just feel like people with a “vibe” you could say.I usually order 2 taco party packs at 11 pm and I dread it sometimes because I hate placing that big of an order at that late of the day, but I have never heard or even seen signs of them being resentful in anyway, actually the opposite.Love going there, good place for get food for the fam after we’ve been on the road the whole day.
