They seem incapable of getting an order correct. I haven't been there for months & the same bs happens every time. It really is hard being stuck in a small town with very few choices I'm just over it. I don't recommend them. The people seem nice enough but there is a level of incompetentance that is undenaiable. They should get their act together

This is the worst place to order from if you are using a delivery service. They absolutely do not prioritize these orders in any manner and those orders tend to be put off till very last or are repeatedly asked about. Do not expect fast delivery from here because they could care less to make the food to begin with. Any other fast food or restaurant in Russellville is good and timely with your order!

Listen yall- this is getting ridiculous I understand that you guys have a timer in the drive thru but that doesn’t matter if your food is trash. Every single TIME. My food was served in 10 SECONDS. But tell me why-when I get home it’s soggy. Would you guys eat soggy tacos? NO I don’t think you would. Idk who is managing this place at night but they seriously need to get their shit together, STARTING YESTERDAY. Side note good employees. Just shitty management.
