I at first was fooled by the amazing taste of the food, after all it was the first thing that I had eaten that day of actual substance. Then after another hour of driving the food I had eaten finally hit my stomach. We had to stop the whole family road trip so that I could use the bathroom and the horrors that happened would put any bad toco bell story to shame

Service was great and the restrooms were the cleanest I have seen for a truck stop. Not their fault, but a couple was letting their kid jump all over the bench and beat on the windows. People need to learn how to behave in public.

Food was fresh and hot. Customer service was great. But when I left I found out my sandwich did not have lettuce and tomatoes (which I requested) and the pickles was on it (which I requested them off). Called several times and Noone will pick up the phone. Next time I will check my food.

Stopped to get supper after working 12 hours. Order 5pc chicken combo and a big hot ham and cheese. Was almost $20, got all the way home, 25 minutes away, and realized I didn't get my sandwich. Tried to call but of course NO ANSWER!

Nice and professional staff, the make my Ice cream so well ? and was so deliciousBut unfortunately there is not grill chicken sandwich anymore , that is too sad, because the was one of many reason I don't stop much at Hardee's because they take away the grill chicken.. now I just stop here once in a blue moon only for my Ice Cream Shake or some breakfast sometimes
I wad employed here but ended up in a wreck that left me crippled, their appropriate response was to keep my last check and said I opted to have more taxes taken and that never happened Sad that I had to contact my legal team over 100$ check hope that 100 bucks is worth a 20 thousand dollar settlement. For unlawful withholding of my funds, suffering because it caused me to fall further behind. If you want ripped off and lied to like your the problem this may be the place for you. Only person I have no issue with is Clay but screw everyone else.
