“My sister and I have been trying to eat there for a few months, but they were always so busy they had wait times. It was wonderful this time we got in right away, server was prompt, our wait time for the food was reasonable and everything was delicious. Our server was extremely nice and helpful.”

“Stopped in today, August 27, 2022 with a group of 16 friends. Food and service was great!! I got the pork barbecue sandwich with coleslaw and fried green tomatoes. Everything tasted great. We also got the beer cheese and fried tortilla chips and bread for appetizer and it was amazing. Every person liked their food and said they would come back. Cant say enough good things about this little restaurant near Cave Run Lake.”

“One of the best MCDonalds I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly, the food was the best I’ve had at any McDonalds. My husband left his phone on the table when we left and I called them they quickly located the lost phone and held onto it for us until we got back. I would 10 out of 10 recommend stopping by this McDonald the next time you are craving fast food, with impressive service, and overall friendly and inviting atmosphere. Thank you all for your hard work and hospitality!”

“Lines move quickly. Out of the tons of times I've been there my order has only been messed up twice. That's a pretty good ratio and they are always quick to fix mistakes if you ask. I don't Karen about it.”

“It's my half way pit stop between Va and IL. I have lunch and gas up at BP. Always friendly staff; good food. I had the garlic cheese grilled chicken. Excellent. I always know I can get a fast lunch, and I know I'm getting satisfying food that will last for the rest of my trip home. I really like the location being a quick exit and easy entrance back onto I-64. Love it!”

“Service was a little different for an old guy. 3 Touch Screens were available to place an order as well as an employee at the counter. (My grandson insisted we use the screen.)The screen was easy to use and kept a running total of the order. All food & drink options were easy to find.Going to the cart let's you review & adjust the order. Paying with credit/debit cards at the kiosks is easy.You are given the option to join rewards, receive an emailed receipt but I didn't see an option for a printed receipt. Asking at the counter should allow you to get one if you want itThe employees were friendly, helped when needed/asked, volunteered information & help, The restaurant was clean, supplies were well stocked at the pop machines and the napkin/sauces/forks/etc.The only ding against the store is that one of the menu display boards over the counter had apparently suffered a fatal injury to the screen and only displayed a screen full of lines. New stores shouldn't have a blown display screen.

Parking: Handicap spaces are close to the entrance. The sidewalk is ramped in that area for folks that need it.”
