Amazing experience, have eaten here several times and always a perfect service. I don’t know who is responsible down there but the place is great and ran amazingly always clean and a perfect example of exemplarary standard to have. Amazing job in every aspect.

Super friendly! Great food.

Our small town loves having a DQ. Most of there employees are super nice. Only thing I personally don't like anymore, is for the amount we pay for the food we do not get a huge portion like we use too before new owners came in. I recently bought a chicken strip basket, and I am not kidding there were only 10 small french fries inside the box, when before we legitally had a huge hand full(it took up majority of the one side of the box).
I just wish that the prices would come down a bit.

In general I like Dairy Queens food(from other locations)Though the food here In Salyersville could be worse It Is also not very good. It Is sloppy and just not made well most the time. I have yet to get any that was GOOD. Chicken tends to be either burnt where It Is hard to chew or undercooked so I especially do not recommend getting chicken from them. Same with fries they are sometimes burnt which should NOT be served that way. Service is hit or miss. It Is typically VERY loud in there which is distracting and agitating. Even If the food was good you can't enjoy It with so much noise and activity. I have been in and some of them were very quick,polite and attentive and I have been in when they were being lazy and unnecessarily making people wait so they could chat and mess around (most of the staff seems to be high school kids I think that is the cause of many of the issues). Kids just do not take things seriously and consider good customer service bringing people back and unfortunately due to that their quality of food and service suffers.

Service is usually pretty quick. Workers are polite and bathrooms are clean. They also have great hours.

I have went threw their the past 3 days and order 4 BLT’s an I wanted no lettuce on all of them and 2 with cheese I called just to report it cause hell I paid for it an the manager was rude as hell an hung up on me. I will never go back threw their.

Very good food with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Combine this with a warm, family filled kinda atmosphere you will love. With that being said, you may very well need to get a mortgage on ur home just to pay for it.

Kid-friendliness: Most employees employed here have children of their own and already possess the qualities it takes to make your children more at home as well
