The drive thru line was backed out to the road with people in the road waiting to get in the line. We decided to go inside and pickup our mobile order. Went inside and they said they couldn't find our order. We then pulled up the receipt from my email and they had to get the manager to find it. When they found the order they tried to make us pay again. We refused to pay twice. They finally gave us the food and the fries were cold. 6 cars from window and it took 31 minutes to place a order. Still two cars away from actually getting the food i have ordered. This place is a JOKE!
this location has made a huge change with the look and all new Management and crew who actually care about their jobs..
