Humans deserve to be treated like humans. If you want to be treated like a human i wouldnt advise you stopping at McDonald's in sandy hook. Tonight at 940pm me family and I were passing through after church, we have 3 kids and anyone with kids know how indecisive they can be. We ordered our food and at the speaker they didnt want any sauce, but by the time we got to the window one decided they actually wanted sauce for their 4pc happy meal. When we asked for the sauce to go ahead and be added the manager ended up at the window closing the happy meal box jumping all over us because we told her we didnt want sauce and then changed our mind, then slams the window and walked off. When she come back with the rest of the food shes practically forcing the food into my husband's hand being very disrespectful and slams the window again. When we left the parking lot a crew member ran to the door pulled his shirt up rubbing his stomach on the window and gave us the middle finger. I highly think that something needs to be done about this disrespect we received tonight. Humans should be treated like humans. This was absolutely nonsense tonight and my children did not need to see or hear any of this!

I come through every morning order me a large sugar-free French vanilla iced coffee with extra cream always, this morning I got me a breakfast burrito the skimpiest burrito I could have possibly gotten. Very sad

This McDonalds needs so much improvement I do not understand how corporate has not done anything to improve the quality of service and in food preparation. For example, if you order a McChicken, you will get a hot and spicy McChicken. To top it off the chicken is kept in the warmer beyond its time limit prior to disposal, it will be reheated in the fryer and served hardening the texture and drying out the meat completely. They have been seen by myself and other patrons reheating old fries. Either close this McDonalds down and put a White Castles in its place or have the right people come in and do the job correctly.

This is the only fast food in Sandy Hook. We get food here once or twice a month and it is always bad. Today, my burgers were dry and old and really sloppy. I asked for fresh fries and they were certainly not fresh. The only reason I go here is because it is 10 min from me and anything else is 25 min or more.

I asked at the drive through if the ice cream machine was working and was told that it was. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and was handed this. The cashier even looked at it and questioned a co-worker, “Is this the chocolate shake?” The co-worker answered yes in the most annoyed tone I’ve ever heard.
They have never got my order right I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and got a crispy chicken with pickles, I got a breakfast meal and never got my hash brown very poor place considering it’s the only restaurant in this town
