I really enjoy eating at Hardee’s—the food has always been great and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. However, the drinks always taste a little off to me. I’m not sure if it’s the type of cup or something with the machine, but they just have a strange taste compared to other places. Aside from that, my experiences here have been very positive, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for the food and service!
I will preface that this location is under new onlwnership/management and my experience happened later in the evening around 8PM. I was the only vehicle in drive through, I was greeted quickly enough. Ordered a Big Hot Ham and Cheese combo large with curly fries and a drink and with a special request putting the sandwich on a Frisco sandwich bun. This order was correct. Then, lets talk about my order... I ordered a monster burger combo large, curly fries and a drink. No specialty requests. Recieved both orders in the bag made sure there were 2 fries in the bag and 2 sandwiches and drove home. When I opened my sandwich the amount of mayonnaise on it was crazy.. and I like mayo. It dripped off in globs on my first bite. Removed the bun and had to scrape the majority of it off. Then after a few more bites and thinking this doesnt taste right.. upon further investigation my monster burger had no bacon on it.. not a great experience and a disappointing one on a busy day that ended in a late dinner that did not impress.
