Went here once to redeem a 20 dollar scratch off I won, they told me it had already been redeemed (which it hadn't) then they left the counter unattended for 10 minutes and didn't talk to me. Pretty sure they stole the money.

I recently had an absolutely horrible experience at Casey’s gas station. The employees on the 2nd shift were incredibly unprofessional and displayed a complete lack of customer service. Their performance was so poor that I believe they should all be retrained or fired immediately. I am appalled by the behavior and attitudes that the store managers allow in this establishment. It's clear that significant improvements are needed to bring the service up to acceptable standards. I will not be returning and urge others to be cautious when considering this location.

Nice employees and clean store but I filled up a bike and car and there both acting terribly. There is water in there gas probably from storms. But I haven to siphon all the gas out in both.

This location was just updated into a Casey's and the place was very clean and had many options for drinks and snacks.
Employees are fabulous. Products are a little overpriced, though. Website is not that user friendly either.

Stopped in and checked on ordering a pizza. Clerk said they can only do one topping and not sure when they will start anything else. The men’s restroom smelled so bad. That dirty, moldy, hasn’t been cleaned good in a long time. If this is a peak into what all the Casey Stores and Buckeye’s will be like, fair warning to all who eat there.

Sign next to fountain drinks says $1 fountain drinks any size for Casey's reward members. I get to the register put in my phone number for my Casey's rewards to show them on my Casey rewards member. And the young lady rings it up and tells me it's almost 4$ that she can't override what the sign says because the prices have done one up. If the prices have went up take the sign down because you are to honor whatever signs are visible to the customer.
