Went and had breakfast while traveling back to Florida, where we live and met a sweet soul, who is a manger there , who made a huge impression . Her personality is so bubbly and so friendly. She was helping the cooks, other server and still making sure her tables didn’t go without . She was on top of it. I had a rough morning, my daughter recently passed and she seen my pain during my silence and have me a compliment, and I definitely think god sent her to me this morning. When she complimented me, my ears teared up, and not knowing what I was going through at that time she hugged me and told me she would be praying for me. Whitney had never seen me before a day in her life and I felt as if I had known her my whole life! God let me to huddle house this morning, and I am so glad I crossed paths with her. I will return every trip I make to give them my business. Everyone worked so hard and the food was amazing . Wait time was not long, and the place was full! Good job , y’all are true definition of a team! The man who appreard to be the Main cook and turned out to be the GM too, was working as hard as his employees, and still finding time to ask each customer when leaving how everything was and engaging! I’ve heard huddle house has had a rough run, but from the looks of it now, it’s on the perfect track! Whitney, you are a true blessing to that place and if they smart, they will never let her go! She is a amazing representation of the brand !! 5star food!!!!

Went to huddle house today and had Whitney as a server, she went above and beyond. Food was amazing and Whitney was def one of a kind , and service like hers is hard to come by. I enjoyed the whole experience. We used coupons , and with the coupons it was not a bad price ! Y’all hit the jackpot when you got whitney there as the manager! They have really turned the plave around!!! Delicious and a family environment!!!! I will be back!!!!!

The experience here was amazing the food was great the customer service was very friendly and supportive it was very clean and neat the atmosphere is very friendly supportive and they make sure your well taken care of and more five stars everytime.

My husband and I had never been to a Huddle House but had passed this particular restaurant many times in our travels. We decided to try it for lunch. This was a huge mistake. Please understand that I never write reviews but this experience was so bad that I think your company would like to know how terrible this particular Huddle House is. The inside was filthy, with literal bacon and eggs on the floor beside our booth. It took a staff member about 30 minutes to come sweep it up. There appeared to be about 5-6 employees working there, and it's a small location so this should have been adequate. The staff were arguing with each other, the girl who appeared to be the manager was complaining to customers about how she was the only one doing her job around there. It took the server 10 minutes before taking our order and another 30 minutes to get our food. Once we received the order (which was simply 2 smashburger plates, one with fries, one with tots, the order was wrong. It then sent them into a tailspin to replace the burger that had been requested with no sauce or mayo, and that took another 12 minutes. By the time I received my replacement burger I had already eaten my tots, and I wasn't offered any more with replacement burger, no apology, no discounted meal, no nothing. Both our burgers were dripping in grease, so bad that you couldn't even hold the burger on the bun. Basically they weren't even edible; I could not even eat mine it was so nasty. Meanwhile another couple had been sitting there with no food for a very long time as well. Another man received an order of pancakes and did not get any syrup. I noticed he finally got up and grabbed one of the next empty booth himself. The whole time we were there the staff continued to argue in front of everyone, and at one point the manager announced she was leaving and walked out. Once we finally received our bill my husband was eager to get out of there, so he just got up and paid it without looking at it. We paid $34 and something for 2 nasty smashburgers with very few fries/tots, and 2 drinks. At $17 per person, we would have been better off to go eat at a better quality restaurant for the same price. Needless to say that was our first and ONLY trip to a Huddle House. Service terrible, food terrible, cleanliness terrible, price terrible!
