I went through the drive through, just now while they were not even busy, made my order clear, asked for no Mac Sauce on my Big Mac, but still got it on there anyway. The girl at the first window, named Lana, was rude and didn't even offer me my receipt. I know better now, to ask for my receipt because seems like every time I give that store another chance, I end up getting screwed on my order. Someone should definitely write-up or fire, lana, from the first window cause she just rude as hell and pretty much tossed my debit card into my window. I don't know of she hates life, her job or what, but there is no excuse for having very poor and disrespectful customer service. I'll now wait another few months before giving that store another try. Until then, I'll just go back to the Bowling Green, Scottsville Rd. Store located in the next county over. Sad to have to drive that far out of the way to receive a correct order with respectful and polite customer service.

Steadily got worse since last time going here. I no longer eat here, but kids occasionally want something from here unfortunately and I have to frequent for them. This time I decided to go inside since both drive thrus were full and extended. Once inside there was no one behind counter for almost 4 total minutes. Once ordered I wasn't given a receipt to even know what order number I had?? Even though when I questioned about one she said she'd get one but never did?? 10 min later by the clock my order was finally placed on counter but didn't know it was mine nor they didn't know or was it even mentioned?? I then had to ask for the shake I had ordered but didn't get and another 4 minutes by the clock?? So I was in this store for 18 plus minutes for one combo?? ALL kiosks were not working I must add?? This is by far the worse store I have ever been to and never EVER look forward going there.

If you want to go here, you might as well dine in. You can order a plain hamburger, and you have to pull up to wait in your food only for it to come out cold. It's rare you don't get pulled up. Service is horrible. Then they send them out with food, and you have to tell your whole order to hope for it to be your order brought out, and it's just not good. They need to get it together. I'm not sure about the management here because something is not working well.
stated multiple times when ordering no onions. when i paid i confirmed no onions. then when i got my order i once again asked and confirmed that there is no onions. They put the entire onion on this burger

I order on the app so ky food will be ready when I get there. Day shift it's always ready. The last 2 times I've ordered on nights they tell me they are not allowed to start my order until I get there. The shift leans and w other employees were very rude down to rolling thier eyes at me! My son only eats chicken so we do McDonald's at least 3 times a week. But that will stop. The last time there was a crappy crew we didn't eat there for 3 years!!!!!!!

The steak bagel 🥯 was fabulous this morning and the little older lady that brings out your curbside in the mornings is just awesome 🤩 she is just the sweetest person and makes sure everything is correct and if you need anything else
