They delivered a completely wrong order to my house and wouldn’t even give me a full refund for what I spent. I also had to call 4 times for them to answer the phone.

No walk in or sit down. Drive through or delivery only. Made me really sad. Not enough help inside for me and my kids to go out for a sit down pizza dinner. As always staff was helpful and kind, a little curt due to being over worked and under staffed. None the less the food was as to be expected... Yummy!

Ordered pizza over the phone with an answering service. Didn’t like that answering service. The pizza was very good and the cost was ok. My wife and I have lived in Scottsville, KY for more than 16 years. First time ordering from Pizza Hut. We will be ordering from them again.

Ordered food online picked and they forgot dipping sauce called to have them run me some out because lobby was closed made me get in behind 5 cars in the drive through for what would it have hurt to just bring me out the stuff u left out of my order

Ordered a large super supreme but changed out the meats for peperoni, bacon and Italian sausage. Arrived to pickup to find that ONLY the meats were on the pizza. None of the vegetables that make it a super supreme were cooked on the pizza. No problem, mistakes happen, I'll wait for it to be fixed. They took the pizza and returned with a replacement a few minutes later. In a hurry already, i took it and left. Upon sitting down to enjoy dinner, i opened the box to find that they had just slapped a couple hands full of raw vegetables on top and called it good. I find this unacceptable and very poor customer service. First and only time I will eat at this location.

I spent $48 on 3 pizza’s and the only special request was I wanted extra sauce but all 3 of my pizza’s had no sauce then when I said something they only gave me $15 in store credit so at the side sell it which was supposed to have cucumbers, lettuce, tomato cheese and croutons with dressing on the side and that only had cheese, lettuce, croutons and dressing on it so my whole salad was soggy that time I got home and I ordered six parmesan garlic wings and they burn them and also my Parmesan garlic wings had a hole in the bottom of the bowl so my sauce leaked out I would not recommend anybody go there ever again

Finally a pizza worth eating. Whom ever worked on Labor Day 8/2/24 at 6pm. Thank you for caring the pizza was absolutely perfect. No mistakes it was hot cheesy pan pizza cooked just right and moist. We both sat here a said with each bite Dam*. That’s just good for a change. Great job scottsville Pizza Hut and employees that worked on Labor Day you rocked it last night ?
