POV: Ordered online for drive-thru pickup. When I pulled up to the speaker, there was no greeting—just a blunt “online order?” After confirming, I was directed straight to the window. Instead of my order being bagged, each item was handed to me individually. On top of that, several things were missing, and I had to keep pointing them out before I even left the window. The food itself was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Ordered on the app and twice now they didn’t give my fountain drink on multiple times I had show my receipt to even get my drink. They saw no it wasn’t on there when in clear site it was both times. They never do say sorry they act like you’re in the wrong when clearly they are trying to cheat you and lie about it. CORPORATE SUBWAY ATTN

I don’t even have words lol.
First off how they scored an A is beyond me. The 2 ladies working made just awful subs. Globbed Mayo on the middle, they were out of a bunch of stuff. Maybe retrain in how to actually prepare a sub…to the subway standard. The floors and tables were nasty and they are slow so there’s time to clean. The bar where they make the subs was nasty. Will not be returning here. I will say the employees were nice and that’s why they got 2 stars.

The workers don't know the difference between ranch dressing and vinegarette. They don't know that shredded cheese is not itself a cheese, but shredded from other cheese. They put the wrong dressing on my sandwich even after I explained the difference..... I will not be returning here. Besides this shop doesn't even have mozzarella cheese.....Cringe worthy

Manager and workers are disrespectful, wall is peeling has been for years, food is hardly ever what you ordered, gets made so slow it’ll be cold by the time you get it even if it’s toasted. This is the single most unprofessional Subway I’ve ever been too. Get food at the dairy bar or even the gas station either one is better then this sorry excuse. If you come in while the “manager” Grace is working walk back out the door!

Worse subway from sebree ky to anderson indiana. For on going 3 years no they never have anything. Today thought I would see if they have changed. Nope. The lettuce was so dark brown and refused to get me fresh lettuce. All of my family has quit eating there.
