I went through the drive-through, food was not hot. They gave me the food and I left looked in the bag. They forgot to put the fries in the bag so I turn around go through the drive-through again my fries were at least hot. I got the new salted caramel chocolate chip cookie, usually they have the cookies warm so they just melt in your mouth. This cookie was not warm so I bit into it and the caramel was so hard that it chipped my tooth and now I have to go to the dentist to get it fixed. Not happy with this experience at this Arby’s.

Can’t believe I was charged $3.29 for a 16 ounce drink. Talk about price gouging! Greek Gryo $6.19. The guy that took my order was just plain weird. Won’t be going back.

Nasty and the service was terrible and will never go back there again I ordered 2 burgers well done and they wasn’t well done I said no onions, or tomatoes and they had it on it and I ordered a 4 peace, chicken, nugget, and they were so hard my daughter couldn’t even eat them I definitely wouldn’t recommend them

Food was delicious but almost any time I go through the drive thru..they forget something!
Drive thru had a sign to pull up to order speaker is broke. Talk about the slowest workers I've ever seen! Looks like 3 employees literally talking and hanging out vrs working. 20 plus minutes for one sandwich nd small mozz. Two cars in front of me pulled off didn't even order. One person in lobby? Ask for horsey sauce and marinara of course no horsey sauce in the bag and cheese sticks not wasn't even fresh.
Love the food hate the price it cost 25 dollars for one person to eat

Bathroom smelled like actual poop with poop all over the toilet and lid. we weren’t greeted when we walked in. Waited probably 15mim before anyone acknowledged us and took the guys order in front of us. All the food was cold. They were totally out of mayo. Worst Arby’s I’ve been to by far.

This last time I visited at this location the service was pretty slow and nobody was in front of or behind me. They were l due to be open for 1.5 hours longer when I had placed my order at the drive thru and as i pllef away front the speaker i heard the worker say at least u didnt clean up the slicer yet, in a tone that made me feel luke my irdee was an inconvenience to have to make. After getting home I passed the food to everyone and I looked at my 1/2 lb sandwich and it was smaller than usual, the same size as a regular sandwich when I compared the two and it didn't have the sauce on it that's suppose to be on it (beef & cheddar)and very little cheese, unfortunately this made my meal not as enjoyable as it usually was. Normally I have no complaints, it's my favorite fast food place. Everyone knows how expensive it is to eat at Arby's so I'm sure everyone understands where I'm coming from when I say I spent over $60 for 7 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries so I expected my order to be correct, (keep in mind I didn't even order a coke because I don't like the taste of theirs) that's a lot of money to me.After I paid I then asked for ketchup and Arby's sauce and once my food was being handed out the window, I asked very politely if they remembered the ketchup and the lady continues to hand the bag to me and says no but i put everything in there have a nice night and closed the window and walked away. I won't say on here what went through my mind at that moment but anyway I don't know when I will go back here again, I feel like I wasted my money this time and I don't have enough to chance wasting any more here. If it weren't for the fact my family was so hungry by the time I got home with the order, I would've took it back and asked for my money back.
