I moved out here in the Shepherdsville area 2 years ago. I have been going to Bearnos in other areas the pizza has always been moist and when you order extra cheese it’s on it. A year ago I went to the Shepherdsville location, it was not as good as other Bearnos but I thought I’ll try it again maybe it was an off day. Last Saturday I tried again after a year, it wasn’t moist and the crust was tough and no double cheese. I spent $30.00 on a medium 5 topping pizza,

Slow slow service about 30 - 45 minutes from sit down to getting food to be greeted with pizza that looks great sadly the sauce taste cheap the pizza base taste like saltine Crackers. EXTREMELY overpriced Avoid go get real pizza

I came here visiting family, the lady here was extremely rude. She said she was the only one here, but nobody told us. The store was open with one person working and we waited 3 hours for our food, no warning, nothing. When we asked what was taking so long (we asked after 2 hours) she got an attitude and was extremely, extremely rude. Thats when she finally told us she was the only person, she said it snarky and rude and nobody, nobody said anything rude to her. We simply asked what is taking so long, after 2 hours, and she had a whole breakdown on us. No refills, It was super wild, it was extremely rude and not a good introduction to the state and town. I would suggest going somewhere else where they aren't so mean to you and you don't have to wait 3 hours for a pizza, but I am simply sharing my experience.

Delicious pizza, professional staff and priced well below others for the quality. Met the nicest family sitting beside us. For reasons unknown to us they decided to pay for our dinner when they left. We can't thank them enough whoever they are. Please tell Mason we enjoyed talking with him and meeting his family. God bless.

The best pizza in Shepherdsville. Although, that isn't really a high bar since Bearno's competition is just Gatti's and the fast casual pizza chains. Also the most expensive pizza in Shepherdsville. While the pizza is good, it isn't to the level of quality for the asking price, hence only 4 stars. The service and atmosphere are top notch though. This building used to be a Hardee's and a Barbecue place. I can't say I miss those businesses as Bearno's is great. I do miss the lunch buffet Bearno's used to offer. But like many good things, it is now only in the past.
TLDR: Great pizza, but falls slightly short on quality for the steep price.

Service was slow.
I had the buffalo chicken lunch special. The crust was absolutely horrible. It was tough and dry. The sauce was meh. The chicken tasted as if it was from a can. Overall a sorry meal.

We stopped for a lunch during a long drive. Server was so nice, and the food was excellent. Husband had the chicken bacon ranch pizza, I had baked spaghetti, and our 11 month old had meatballs. Definitely would eat there again!
