Man. This bojangles is so disappointing 😞 They have the best chicken but are always out of so much. The frys was soggy and not seasoned. When they are cooked and seasoned best frys out there. Can't complain about the chicken bc it's just so good. Always out of ranch and the other sauces just ain't it. So that was really disappointing. Super long wait for grilled chicken. If this place could be manged better, it would thrive alot more.

My husband went to this Bojangles location, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. He arrived just two minutes before lunch started and was told they couldn’t take lunch orders yet — which, okay got it. So he waited, only to deal with rude staff who were more interested in playing on their phones than actually doing their jobs.
After placing his order, they didn’t have change and made him wait for the manager to return. That took another 5–10 minutes, and when the manager finally came back, they shorted him $20 in cash back. He had to point it out to them at the window — no apology, no urgency, just careless service.
When he finally got his food, the chicken was old and burnt, and they didn’t include any of the sauces he asked for. He had to go inside anyway, and once there, he said it was a mess — no one was paying attention or seemed to care.
This kind of experience is completely unacceptable. It was a total waste of time and money, and we definitely won’t be going back.

This place is so screwed up. An automated voice takes your order in the drive thru. That wasn't the bad part, we went inside and no one was paying attention to the drive thru at all. We were there for a total of 30 minutes waiting on our food and I didn't see any of the cars that were behind us even pull up to the windows yet. It was the shittiest system ever. The thing couldn't even take our order or hear us. We sat waiting for someone to help us in the drive thru. That's why we were forced to go in. There were 5 cars behind us and I didn't see on pull up. We won't be going back, maybe they will get better and go back to the old drive thru and system but I doubt it.

This was my first time going to Bojangles and it was a huge let down. I made a mobile order and it only allowed me to choose from inside pickup or curbside. I try to go inside and the door was locked at 7:40 even though it said the lobby was open until 9. It looked like they were having an employee holiday party in the lobby. So then we go to the drive thru and they say they are out of what we ordered so they can either refund us or give us tenders instead. So I took the tenders and then get to the window and the lady asked what did we order, we said we had the mobile order and she says “we told you we ran out of what you ordered” Like did you not just offer us tenders in place of what we ordered? I’m confused. Then when we were given the food, the fries taste like they had been reheated and had no flavor and the chicken was room temperature.They probably gave the fresh food to the employee party 😂. Definitely not worth almost $13.
Food was good but they were out of new items, ran out of tea and told customers they couldn't do refills because they hadn't made fresh tea yet and were focusing on drive thru. Defeats the entire Bojangles experience and reputation.

Was told they were out of most things on the menu. The guy that took the order sounded like he was asleep and we woke him up. 4pm on a Sunday. $15 for a chicken sandwich and 6 piece chicken bites with no sides or drink.
