Go to this place often on lunch with other guys from work and the service is horrible,food is terrible,and overall care for customers is non existent.Ive easily had 50 dollars of food not in my orders that had been paid for because im on break and cant go back to raise hell.I will never return to this dump of a restaurant simply because they’ve had numerous chances and can’t get a single thing wrong.If the food and service isn’t horrible then they don’t have the food that’s on the menu.Its time to close the doors if you can’t do any better.

I happened to be in the Shepardsville area, so I thought about Bojangles because we don't have one near Jeffersonville Indiana. My experience overall was excellent! The customer service was great and the food was outstanding! My chicken was piping hot as well as my side and biscuit! Thanks for a great meal and experience!!

The Cajun beans and the dirty rice are to die for!!! The chicken however, and I only had this experience at this location. The chicken didn't have enough flavor, it was perfectly crispy but bland and not well seasoned.

Drove off the expressway to eat here during business hours on a Saturday at 2:00pm all the doors are locked employees are inside drive-thru open only why is the Diner closed.

My order was missing a side ,and I paid for it ,asked for 2 chicken breast and 2 legs , 2 sides as well , I got 1 breast with 4 legs and one side. With one biscuit, was my first time to go there and will be my last
