This was my first time going to Bojangles and it was a huge let down. I made a mobile order and it only allowed me to choose from inside pickup or curbside. I try to go inside and the door was locked at 7:40 even though it said the lobby was open until 9. It looked like they were having an employee holiday party in the lobby. So then we go to the drive thru and they say they are out of what we ordered so they can either refund us or give us tenders instead. So I took the tenders and then get to the window and the lady asked what did we order, we said we had the mobile order and she says “we told you we ran out of what you ordered” Like did you not just offer us tenders in place of what we ordered? I’m confused. Then when we were given the food, the fries taste like they had been reheated and had no flavor and the chicken was room temperature.They probably gave the fresh food to the employee party 😂. Definitely not worth almost $13.

As someone who has never had Bojangles before, I have to say—hands down, this place is amazing! Special shoutout to (CHAZ) & ( STEVO ) for making my experience even better. They were super understanding and went above and beyond to fix my order. Hats off to both of you! Y’all are the best! 💯

Not the same food you would receive at traditional Bojangles as someone who grew up in NC. The food, particularly the chicken was completely different. Not the same breading, size etc. It tasted and looked like a different restaurant.
Did not receive food, sauces, straws don’t recommend unless you want to go back after getting your food because they didn’t give you it all
