Rude staff, especially the management, can almost never get an order correct. I've even had them give my order to someone else who unwrapped it, returned it, and the manager expected me to accept it after someone else had handled it. This is not Korea. We have a health department issue with this.

I will give this store a better rating if these people would actually stay open at a decent time a lot of restaurants especially on a Friday night close around 10:00 or 11:00 but Bojangles wants to close at 9:00 p.m. I mean that's utterly ridiculous who closes at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night obviously Bojangles never again

Tonight we ordered 6 blueberry biscuits from Shelbyville. When we got home and sat down to eat them we realized the biscuits weren’t even edible. They were literally hard as rocks. I tried to stab one with a fork and the fork couldn’t puncture the biscuit ? very disappointed! We wasted our money and still

Stopped here around 330p on my way home from Nashville. The biscuits were excellent buttery and so soft. I got myself chicken tenders the best I've had in awhile. I had gotten my family some chicken breasts they were huge and they said they were so good. I thought the slaw was very good and I am picky also mashed potatoes great. I did get large side of dirty rice that's only complaint I have it was terrible just too mushy Popeyes has great dirty rice and Bojangles compared to theirs no competition at all don't recommend the rice but everything else was really good
