What Mexican restaurant doesn’t have salsa and has the worst chips and over cooked fajitas ! Don’t waste your money !

We had a great meal at Quetzal. The menu is interesting, we were expecting a traditional “Mexican” menu. The steak fajitas and chicken tacos were excellent. I’m glad I looked at the reviews before going because we were the only people eating on a Friday night and was a little worried. I think this is due to them not having a liquor license currently.

The full is very amazing. We even took him home for the next day and ate it for dinner. Still tastes just like we had it there. That we had it at home today

Nastiest place I’ve ever eaten at. My husband sent his cup back 2 times because there were bugs floating in his root beer. The purple lights made it so hard to see them in the first cup because the place was extremely dark. For Mexican food it was very bland and tasteless. We were the only ones there and decided to try it because it was close to home and we planned on a few drinks. It was packed last week but realized it was for a party since we seen a venue at the back of it. But never again. Also completely missed the health inspection they failed due to cross contamination and their vending machines posted right at the entrance window. It’s considered a bar for a reason and they couldn’t serve any alcohol due to an expired liquor license. Maybe if the food tastes better you’d actually bring business to keep up the liquor license. Definitely not worth the money we spent since all the food was left at the table.

Had high expectations based on the reviews. I'd say not quite a 4.9. we had the fajitas. The portion was good, but the chorizo was not my favorite. Can't wait until they regain their liquor license. We really wanted a Mango Margarita.
