Decor/pictures could be a little more inclusive to black people, by potraying more than just the white people that played the role of cowboys in Hollywood over the years! Just sayin'! With that said, you can't beat the value of this chain! Mostly because of the very plentiful, and very affordable salad bar! I love a good salad bar! That's what brings me back!

There is ALWAYS a fresh and Delicious Salad Bar here with TONS of choices. The employees are super sweet and attentive! I like the pineapple chicken too! Great place for family and friends, clean and a nice atmosphere! I LOVE that they now have the option to add a grilled chicken breast for a small price when purchasing the Salad bar. Thank you for the great food and excellent service!

One of only a few places to still have a great salad bar. The lunch special is a great deal that includes the salad bar at a reasonable price. All the times I've ate there I've yet to have a bad cut if meat.

A really great steakhouse. My wife and I were passing thru and decided to stop for dinner. While there were quite a few folks ahead of us, we waited only about 5 mins of the quoted 30. I guess all the other groups were larger than 2.
Anyway, Bailey (our server) was an absolute delight. She recommended a couple of different items to my wife that were her personal favorites and my wife was very pleased.
My ribeye seemed larger than the advertised 12oz, and was very flavorful and cook perfectly.
The prices were inline with what we expected and as mentioned above, service was as much a delight to us as our meals were.

10 out of 10! Service was amazing! Loved the Halloween decor! So many fantastic options made it difficult to pick. Tender sirloin steak, huge baked potatoes, with clean and fresh salad bar. Onion tower was very crispy. We could talk to each other without yelling. High recommend.
AJ is a new manager and I just had a horrible experience and he has just told us we shouldn't come back and the customer is not always right. Interaction on both sides didn't go well, but nothing was done to save from the beginning, order came out wrong, first part was handled poorly said they couldn't do anything to fix it, 2 nd incorrect order never came back to get, when they finally did everyone had finished eating so declined a recook. So instead the recharched full salad and the side item which was the same price of the meal. AJ said well you ate a salad too bad the customer isn't always right, and on bad apple doesn't spoil our bunch (basically you don't matter). At the end of the interaction was told it didn't matter if we came back they didn't need us. Welcome to corporate ownership, reached out to friends who used to own and it has now sold out!

Typical chain restaurant. It has a salad bar, with a good selection. The onion rig tower is a lot smaller than I remember at other cattleman’s. The bang bang shrimp appetizer was super spicy and overly breaded, not the best. Husband had the sherif steak with fries and added salad bar to it. He said it was ok, nice size, it a little pricy. The bread took forever to get and had zero taste and the butter was hard. Overall, it was ok, typical chain restaurant.
Shout out to our server Ashley she went above and beyond. Large party of 8. Food was delicious and very affordable for a steakhouse. Busy night and what was an expected 45 min wait was only about 15 min.
