Fantastic people add food

This company has really gone downhill. They attempted to seat us at a filthy area and table. Biscuits and cornbread all over the floor and the table was clearly still sticky. Hostess was so rude when asked for dinner menus after NOON. Shop employees were very helpful though. They got you the stars!! Held my merchandise behind the counter until we finished lunch.

Stopped and got some much needed rest in their parking lot and got up and had some delicious breakfast thanks for giving tired drivers a place they can rest if needed and good food !!!

I ordered a delivery order from the Shepherdsville KY store last night. We only received a portion of the order. I called the store to speak with a manager but the person answering the phone said the managers was too busy to speak with me. Then I went to website and tried to speak with someone but had to use the chat feature. After spending $38 on food, delivery fee and tip but not actually getting our dinner I was offered a $20 refund. When I asked for a full refund I was told that was above his pay grade so somebody else would have to handle it. It has been almost 24 hours and I have heard from no one. I am not sure why when Cracker Barrel messes up they act like you are the problem. This should not be this hard.
