The dinner was fine. Our waitress was very attentive . Everything was fine.

My meatloaf was burnt the carrots and broccoli was cold

My husband ordered steak meadium rare and eggs over easy
Well the steak was over cooked the waitress even mentioned that when she walked by
The eggs were not over easy either

We got cornbread and biscuits while waiting on our food
We could have busted a window with the cornbread

Stopped in for breakfast ,I got the old timer breakfast and it was very good my wife got the biscuits and gravy with sausage patties ,sausage did not taste right mentioned it to server didn't seem to worried about it

Ordered 3 chicken tenders meals and the chicken was so tiny. Very disappointed. I was hesitant in ordering later than normal we ordered around 8pm and got what looked like scraps. Sides were also not portioned at all.

The fried chicken breast looked like it was run over by a truck, no plumpness. It was not very appetizing to look at and the taste was just ok.

The only thing that saves this place is the staff. Maybe I'm just old school but Cracker Barrel used to be a lot better, like before they were dumb enough to start selling alcohol to people who are getting right back out on the interstate. All of the food tastes like that nasty boil in the bag garbage, that's been at every store I've eaten at since this new company direction. The atmosphere is boring and nothing unique now so you should at least focus on quality, fresh , foods, not frozen junk that's barely fit to eat. I know the staff and management can only work with what they have so this is no reflection on them, this is corporate all the way. Place was always packed before the changes. Easy to get a table now. Good luck to the employees.

Food delivered with no utensils. Waited five minutes to get them. Ordered one of the breakfast casseroles with an over. Easy egg on top. No egg came on casserole. Hashbrowns were cold and not cooked. Both of our breakfasts were warm to cold temperature. The buttermilk gravy was piping hot.. Waitress was very nice And accommodating and apologetic. We did not send back the order. Always feel apprehensive about sending food back to the kitchen afraid of retaliation in the meal!

It was mid-evening, the restaurant was not too busy, the waiter took our orders. We waited for our drinks and silverware. The waiter came back about ten minutes to tell us they were out of white gravy for the chicken fried steak. Still, no silverware or drinks. Johnathan was the waiter's name. Another few minutes passed, the silverware and drinks arrived. Moments later our food came, the main dishes that is. Most of the meal was eaten before the salads showed up. I was pretty much fed up. When we went to the cashier to pay, she never asked how our meal was. It put a bad image in our books to come to another Cracker Barrel. We did not even tip the waiter. A very bad experience.

Think they changed pancake recipe they were very thin an rubbery couldn't hardly cut them cracker barrel has always had the best pancakes but this time they definitely were not

90mins and got the wrong food, then the replacement order was terrible, then had to wait another 20mins for the check, and manager never even came to the table!!!! All other employees standing around having a good time while everyone waiting on drinks, silverware, or the wrong g orders to be fixed!!!!!!

Maybe it was a bad day? But never will I go back. The waitress dropped 3 trays of drinks. Service was slow. The bus boy took an hour to clear 3 tables and still left stuff behind. My hash browns it think they used to clean the grill. Staff was just walking around like it was their first day. Not sure what is going on at this location but something is very off.
