As a comfortably plum man, I’m no stranger to DQ. As far as that goes, nothing out of the ordinary. This is a Grill and Chill, so they have a full menu, as well as, the ice cream we’re accustomed to. The staff was super friendly, even more so than is to be expected. The most important thing to note for my chocolate lovers, is they have actual chocolate ice cream, instead of mixing in syrup to vanilla. That’s huge to us chocolate purists. They also provide puppy cups FOR FREE. Not sure if they’re all supposed to but I’ve been to a few that charge. The final thing I’d like to note, is the hours. They’re open late. Dangerous for a fluffy man, but nice when you get late late night dairy itch.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the absolute worst experience I've had foodwise here at this particular DQ. We got there around a quarter till 3:00 pm and we sat at the drive thru and when we got to the drive thru, it took forever to get our order taken and when we did get to the window, it also took a while to get our food. I ordered the 4 pc chicken strip basket and a small oreo blizzard. I started eating my blizzard when we left and because the car was so hot it melted super fast. I wasn't even eating a blizzard, I was technically eating an oreo BISQUE. Later that evening I ate my dinner and we got 3 tenders instead of 4, fries covered in grease with little to no salt, and this is the biggest problem I have, texas toast. I never get my texas toast. I do get it a few times, but the majority of times I come here, I don't get it. HOW DO YOU FORGET TEXAS TOAST, IT'S LITERALLY IN THE CHICKEN STRIP BASKET. EVERYONE ELSE IN THE KENTUCKIANA AREA GETS THEIR TEXAS TOAST BUT WHY DON'T I?!! I'M SO ANGRY AT THIS PLACE, WHOEVER MADE MY FOOD AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO FORGET MY TEXAS TOAST SHOUSHO'T DESERVE TO WORK HERE!! BTW, THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED, IT'S HAPPENEED OVER THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS!! YOU GUYS NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF. HIRE COOKS WHO CAN ACTUALLY READ ORDERS AND GET MY FOOD RIGHT AND FIRE COOKS WHO ALWAYS FORGET MY FOOD AND DOESN'T THOROUGHLY READ ORDERS. WHY DON'T I GET MY TEXAS TOAST, WHY!!!!!! HOW DARE YOU KEEP FORGETTING MY TEXAS TOAST

Wife ordered a burger with NO cheese. We got a burger with only cheese. Our sunday cup was cracked so it leaked all over our car. Managers dont care. People throw their hard earned money away and no one cares to do anything about it

Big shout out to Carson! He is a hard working young man who has his whole life ahead of him! He's going places in life and he has a heart of Gold! The people working there are helping Carson be the BEST of the BEST! Thank you DQ for providing our 4th of July meal tonight because I just didn't have time to do anything else! Great experience this evening going inside and speaking with the people that work there. Felt bad for them though that they had to work the Holiday. DQ has the BEST double cheeseburgers in town! (Only a small observation, it's a little concerning that the ones doing the cooking have long hair and a beard, I know that they're careful, but the thought of a hair dropping into food is a little scary, but everything was fine and the food was good!)

Great group of kids. So friendly.

The cashier seemed to be aggravated but did smile when approaching customers. There was no place to pick up mobile orders. They also forgot the syrup for my apps pancakes, but after noticing when I got home I called and the manager very politely offered a replacement. So other the the normal issue you'll have sometimes I think it's a great place to eat in shep.

The customer service was quick and pleasant. The staff obviously enjoyed working with each other and laughter and singing could be heard. It creates a great working environment. The place was clean, and we felt welcome.

The website and the app says restaurant opens at 5am. Here at 7:45 and doors are locked. No sign on door says they don’t open until a certain time for the inside, Just say’s 5am open. Here for Mother’s Day to buy a cake. And clearly they just open whenever they want to I guess. There’s been multiple people also trying to get into the restaurant and they don’t care and won’t let no one in. I called and they said they will open the doors at “about 8 O’clock”. Like people are just suppose to KNOW when the company is going to open doors or not. Maybe they should put signs up for the hours of inside the restaurant inside of people making plans and going off of what the app, Google and sign on the door says.
