My husband and I moved to Shepherdsville a little over a year ago. We used to like this location but for about the last 3 or 4 months it is horrible. Dirty!!!!!!! Nobody cleaning, food cold, lettuce wilted etc.
Pizza was excellent not sure who was doing the baking this day but it was all good.

We haven't had a Gatti's that was worth a damn in Louisville for a very long time - in fact, most (if not all) locations we used to frequent as kids have since closed. On a day out to Kart Kountry, my wife n I stopped into this Mr Gatti's for dinner (and to kill time, avoiding rush hour traffic) and we were pleasantly surprised by how great this buffet was! We normally have to cross the bridge to Clarksville to have a Gatti's buffet as good as this one, but this Shepherdsville store was even better than Clarksville! The pizzas were kept at a hot n fresh rotation, plenty of varities (sausage, being my fav was plentiful), the cheesesticks were by far THE best Gatti's cheesesticks I've ever had, and the awesome garlic Texas toast. And then there was the pastas! Spaghetti noodles, fettuccine, mac n cheese and the sauces - meat, marinara, alfredo... it seemed endless. My wife especially enjoyed the noodles & the green beans. If a Gatti's restaurant in L'ville had been kept up this well, we'd prob'ly still have more of 'em around. I will tell everybody though, if you're looking for the Best Gatti's experience, hit up the store in Shepherdsville! Kart Kountry is one of our most fav places to go play, so we WILL be bk to Gatti's again too, soon enough.
We took our grandson to kart kountry and found Mr. Gattis there close by, we had one in our home town for years, several years ago it closed sadly. I have always loved this place was so glad we found it , it's never a disappointment. The food was excellent and the staff was more than friendly . I worked at the one in our home town 35 years ago , I loved working there!

I’ve never had anyone clear our used plates. I often see them pass us to get others used dishes, but NEVER ours. Food is delicious, front counter service is awesome! Just a bit strange in the dishes part. Been randomly going for over 8yrs
