It's a Jack in the Box. Exactly what you'd expect.

Don't have them in Ohio. The #1a is a decent burger, maybe needs less onion. Gf said the tacos are good, plenty of meat. Decent fries and service.

First time visit to Jack in the box, last time visit also! Too many options, used the drive thru today and could barely hear the girl taking our order. Her lack of enthusiasm was contagious, had to ask her to repeat herself 3x. Paid $4.54 for regular fries and cheese, after hitting the road looked to see I received curly fries! And a small amount of fries and cheese that I believe was extra. The container was not even half fool and the fries were disgusting Very disappointed. I gave a 3 star on atmospher because I didn't go in. 😞

Food is always hot an fresh but it seems they need to slow down an look over thier orders. This is the 5th time I've ordered an NOT gotten any requested sauces.

John L, amazing 👏. We had the pleasure of John L help us today with our order. Let me tell ya, he's so kind, funny and very helpful. We come here often and have no problem giving credit where credit is do. Mrs. Dana and Stacy r what keep us coming back along with the fresh and hot to order food. We love this place. Kudos to the man who said, let's put a Jack In The Box in Shepherdsville KY.

Brought my wife and two kids here for lunch, it was our first time visiting Jack in the Box. The food was pretty decent and the atmosphere was what you'd expect for a fast food joint. But dang, the prices are insane! We ordered 1 large chocolate shake and 2 smalls, it cost me $15. The total bill ended up being $53. I'll happily stop back in myself, but definitely not with the family.

The double jack was really good. I asked for extra cheese and they did not put it on there but she did correct it. The fries was ok nothing special. My wife and son liked the curly fries i did not. Tried the ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was ok but would bot order again. Want to try the sausage croissant the restaurant was clean. But ut is also still new. Did not check out the rest rooms. Prices seemed a little high. But what place isnt these days. I would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

Horrible forest experience!!
The burger was fair at most.

First and last time there. Took 3 trys to get what turned out to be a terrible burger without cheese . The burgers here are awful
