I don’t usually leave reviews but this place needs to be shut down. The staff was extremely rude, my fries were very old and hard. I asked for fresh fries and was told the fries they served me was fresh. The chicken on my chicken sandwich was so dry and hard I threw it away.

Almost $17.00 for 3 little pieces of chicken strips. 2 mashed potatoes, 1 Cole slaw and a Pepsi. The chicken strips were rubbery like is not completely done. It’s been years since we’ve been there.. it’ll be years before we go back.
These fast food places might as well go out of business if they are not going to provide a good customer experience.

Went to drive-thru for 2 original breasts and they were the worst chicken I've tried to eat in my life. Full of grease, hard, rancid taste so I threw them out on the drive for the neighbor's cat who eats anything this time of year. The next morning the breasts were still on the drive but it was obvious they had been moved. Not even the cat would eat this chicken. I'm done with KFC chicken since this isn't the first time. It's too expensive to take a chance.

We spent over $21. My chicken sandwich bun was cold. The chicken tasted like leather the nuggets or small and not Fit to eat. My wife had the same thing and she couldn’t eat hers. It was the worst food I had had in a long time it’s nothing like Colonel Sanders would serve he would be embarrassed if he saw what these people served. It’s disgusting. I’ll never come back here ever again. oh, when we ask for warm buns, they run it through the toaster, so they were still cold never again they need to close this place and open up a good restaurant

Staff is awesome. I forgot my receipt for work, went back the next day, the manager on duty took the time to find and make a copy of my receipt for me!
The restaurant wasn't busy and it was nice and clean looking inside and out. Fast friendly service tonight. I ordered an 8 piece original recipe family meal, it included 2 large sides thankfully, because the chicken I received ISN'T fit for human consumption, no way near as good as Colonel Harlan Sanders used to have in his restaurants! The food has gradually gotten worse throughout the years and increasingly more expensive, an 8 piece family meal cost me $31.56 to carry out tonight! They changed the coleslaw years ago and it lost its rating from myself and family, as "the best coleslaw available at a restaurant!" Corporate decisions and corporate GREED I'm sure, buying from Sysco foods or similar more than likely. No longer making the Colonel's slaw from scratch, and now what I received as "original recipe" is definitely NOT THE COLONEL'S "original recipe chicken!" This order was so very disgusting that I could only stomach a few bites of the chicken breast and SO BAD that I will NOT be going back to KFC AGAIN in the remaining years or days of my life! The remaining chicken will be given to my neighbor hoping maybe his dogs might eat it, I do have my doubts though! WOW, it's a shame that such an iconic restaurant from my childhood could take a dive as bad as they have throughout the years! May you RIP Colonel Harlan Sanders, your restaurant is probably soon to join you I'm sorry to say! ?
