After so many unsatisfactory visits I had nearly lost my patience. Finally today’s fiasco (with trying to speak to a pharmacist) turned into trying to speak with ANYONE in the store, and being disconnected every single time by their automated phone line, both at the store and the MAIN 800 number, I have officially had it with Kroger.

Don’t go here if you want a money order cashed. They will not cash it. Will tell you it hasn’t been 48 hours. (Been over 80 hours) I called before going into Kroger and after and the number said no holds. Drove straight to hillview Kroger which cashed it no problem. Maybe she was anti-law enforcement.

None of the cashiers are above high school age which is fine but they all move incredibly slow. There are rarely baggers and the last 5 trips I’ve personally bagged my $300 worth of groceries. Pretty ridiculous

The hot food is not what it used to be. Tho it is still doing the ribs and chicken, but the plate lunch is almost gone.
