Little Caesars Pizza

Had many different terrible experiences here. From wrong to to bad customer service it's been almost a year since I had them so decided to give them another try. Can't get their online stuff to come up at all and nobody is answering the phone.

This place has no customer service skills! I called for a pizza and was told 15 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later I stepped to the counter. I was at the counter for 15 minutes before someone grabbed a box that had been sitting for 15 minutes and called my name. I told the person that the pizza had been sitting for 15 minutes and all she said was sorry for your wait. There were also 10 other people waiting behind me and no one was inquiring about their orders. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Don't expect them to ever have anything up and ready. They will ignore you when you walk in and then you have to wait for them to make the pizza.

This is why you don't tip for someone just doing their job. Because they can't even do their job correctly. Girl that handed me my food was rude and couldn't even put cheese on the entire pizza.

I asked if sauce come with the crazy bread they said no you had to purchase it on a separate order. The food just didn't taste like it used to. Not worth the money very disappointed.

A while back this location had some things to work on, but that last few times I've gotten food from here it was pretty good.

Multiple visits never have pizza available with out 30 minutes or more wait.

When made fresh they are great

Well got 2 orders of crazy puffs..1 was cooked decent other one was way over cooked burnt ..not a high ticket item but now the less couldn't eat it was to hard..always had good food from the store but this time was lack luster

I dont like the un predictability of the quality of the Pizzas you get here sometimes it's good and other times the crust seems to thin and soggy ...also I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get my pizza last time I was there ..there were 5 other people before me and it seemed like they were there with me almost the whole time ...I couldn't help but wonder who they were making pizza for if the other 5 people weren't getting there's either ..the employees had no sense of urgency and we're all wrkn at a slow pace ....these things I often consider when deciding if I'll go there or not ..
