Little Caesars has gone way downhill when you order a pizza. You literally cannot change the toppings on the pizza at all for any reason it makes absolutely no sense. If you order a pizza whatever side comes on it that is the one you get you cannot change it. It is the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard of. That’s probably why they’re so cheap. I do not recommend this store whatsoever. It is always something do not order from the store Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Papa John’s are way way better selections. There’s a reason why you pay such a low prices for low quality food.

Andrew and Jacob were working one night when I came in and some how my order went missing. They went above and beyond taking care of me and now remember me every time I come back in! These guys are absolutely incredible and the reason I keep coming back.

Had many different terrible experiences here. From wrong to to bad customer service it's been almost a year since I had them so decided to give them another try. Can't get their online stuff to come up at all and nobody is answering the phone.

This place has no customer service skills! I called for a pizza and was told 15 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later I stepped to the counter. I was at the counter for 15 minutes before someone grabbed a box that had been sitting for 15 minutes and called my name. I told the person that the pizza had been sitting for 15 minutes and all she said was sorry for your wait. There were also 10 other people waiting behind me and no one was inquiring about their orders. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Don't expect them to ever have anything up and ready. They will ignore you when you walk in and then you have to wait for them to make the pizza.

This is why you don't tip for someone just doing their job. Because they can't even do their job correctly. Girl that handed me my food was rude and couldn't even put cheese on the entire pizza.

I asked if sauce come with the crazy bread they said no you had to purchase it on a separate order. The food just didn't taste like it used to. Not worth the money very disappointed.

A while back this location had some things to work on, but that last few times I've gotten food from here it was pretty good.
