Just went into get my order, and oh excuse me I’m a little late, the machine to “skip the line” said under maintenance on the screen, so i waited till the cashier - older fellow was free, asked for the pickup, I told him about the machine, and his response - it’s because your late. Excuse me while I go f myself, so it’s my fault that the machine said under maintenance and I could not enter the code?3-7-2024 7-8pm who ever was the cashier, the older guy, stay home if you can’t even offer a bit of human empathy, I don’t know how your day is going but you don’t need to be the face of customer service with an attitude like the one displayed today.

Guy with the glasses (assuming to be the manager) hates his job. Seems to think he's above his customers despite being a manager at Little Caesars. Needs humbling. Disrespectful attitude and energy anytime I've gone here. + Gets mad when customers come in, waits for them to leave, etc. So don't expect to be served fast if there's more than 2 people waiting already.Also, despite the entire motto for this place being Hot n Ready, half the time... It's not Hot n Ready.Regarding the food, It's not the worst. Sometimes It's good, sometimes It's not. I'd say most of the time It turns out to be okay. If you're looking for something cheap, It'll do the job. But honestly the wait time + the horrible customer service isn't worth it. Just go to Kroger and buy a frozen pizza for the same price.

I love the fact that we can prepare our pizza any way we like, that's awesome. Now that we order on line the service is much faster and appears to be even more organized. The staff is very helpful and has no problem explaining how the new way works so that you can prepare, order, and pay all on your phone. The only thing I have a complaint about is that you can't pay with cash and I don't always keep money on my card so to me sometimes its an inconvenience to find somewhere right then to add money to my card before I can even place my order. As far as great food, we'll just know...THEY ROCK!

Bought a single pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce selected. What I got was a very overcooked pizza with the cheese sauce on the side. Gonna use a different location next time.

I came in to get a quick bite, ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and 2 20 oz drinks. Was charged for an Italian cheese bread and a classic pepperoni pizza. I noticed the error and pointed it out to the cashier. He made it right by correcting the order and not charging me for it. After I received the order and left, I realized that it still wasn't the correct order. Please do better next time

Guy called my name walked up there, he called it again, told him I was here, he kept his back turned and walked off. He walked back over and told him my name, he tells me he called it twice, I informed him I was up there by the time he called the second time.

This pizza was indeed not hot and ready. I was waiting for 6 hours and instead of giving me my 2 large pizzas, one being meat lovers, and the other being pepperoni. they end up giving me a ranch with crazy bread. still good though, so I give five stars.
Been coming here since it’s been open and I’ve never had a bad experience. Maybe it depends on the level of “Karen” some people are. But I’ve always been treated kindly. Food is as good as Caesers gets.

The so called manager was very rude. Ignored me, when I asked if he was deaf (which yes, was not the kindest question but after asking 3 times about an order and getting ignored; I was frustrated) he proceeded to cuss me out and ban me from this location. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and was completely shocked to be spoken to this way.. There were kids in the lobby as well. This man has the worst customer service skills and deserves to be fired. Claims to be named Brent but another review with his picture claimed his name was Patrick. Whatever his name is he is completely unprofessional.

Guy in the glasses at the counter while ordering my food was super disrespectful, rude and didn't seem like he liked his job so was pretty much was a jerk to me and when I told him to stop being rude after paying for my food, gave me my refund and ask me to leave!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered on the little Ceasars app, got the wrong pizzas. Not the end of the world as long as they can make it right. It happens. But when we tried to call, we couldn't get them on the line. They stated that because of staffing, they cannot take orders over the phone. Also not the end of the world l. Drove down and requested the right pizza and if they can refund the delivery fee and service fee for the I effort because it was not delivered and I could not get service. This is when the employee interrupts me and starts raising his voice saying that is between Doordash and I and there was nothing they can do. Either he can give me the right pizza or they can discuss it with the boss at a later date and no pizza. No responsibility, no apology.
