I had just came here an hour ago and typically it's pretty busy. This time it was barely anyone there and it took a bit to get our food. Didn't mind cause my daughter was playing in the play area. The thing that is causing me to put such a low review is the fact I hastily left while trying to console my daughter who doesn't understand why we were leaving. As I was about to play with my daughter I saw mice run across the floor and immediately told her to throw her shoes on and we were leaving. I told an employee and she didn't seem to care whatsoever, honestly even seemed as if she knew about it. I use to come here all the time but after seeing mice I don't know where else those mice are so I wouldn't trust the food.

Pretty typical McDonald’s experience. They have the newer heavy kiosk and less counter space for register setup. It has a pretty large play structure for kids. Maybe 10 tables so not a crazy amount of space for eating in.

Half the time I order from this place I’m missing one or multiple items at a time. I can understand every-once in a while but almost every time I’m there is just unacceptable.

Went through drive thru.....might have been because of the busy time but my fries were super salty
I have had multiple orders screwed up just from this one location. Even if I go in person it’s bad service. Just had an online order delivered, the one out of two fries that I got was cold and they did not even include my dipping sauce along with my fries. I called them up and they tell me I have to call DoorDash, even though it’s their screwup not the dasher. In my opinion and the experiences that I’ve had thus far I don’t suggest going to this McDonald’s location.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this McDonald's location was quite disappointing. The food was dry, and the fries were cold and greasy, not even warm. Additionally, we had to wait an unusually long time inside just to place our order. This is far from the usual experience we have with McDonald's, which we appreciate for its affordability and typically quick service during our trips. Sadly, based on this experience, I will not be stopping by this location again.

Food was hot and ready-to-eat. There was barely any people there at the time. The lobby did have some people in it. The atmosphere kinda gave me must be quiet vibes like a library, they do have a play center for kids. The lady who took my order was super nice.And my food came out super quick.
