We normally stop at the moby dicks in Fern creek,. ut yesterday after comments on facebook we decided to try the one at Sheperdsville. We love the onion rings which were great as always, but the fish sandwiches were way under our expetations. The fish was thin and dry and not as large a piece as we are use to.

I love Moby Dick, but the prices have gotten outrageous. It limits me to 1-2 visits a year instead of monthly or more

I ordered a 2 first mate sandwich’s, an order of fried pickles and an order of cheese sticks. The fried pickles were a little over $5 and they gave me 12 little pickle chips. I order from here all the time. And and the tiny little container is usually full this time it don’t even cover the bottom of the container. For as much as food costs anymore you should at least give me what I paid for. I spent almost $27 on 2 pieces of fish 4 pieces of white bread 4 cheese sticks and about a pickles worth of fried pickles. Crazy.

You have just got to be kidding me. Paid for a box for two, THIRTY DOLLARS, was all crammed into a tiny thin box, it was greasy and all over the place, by the time I got it home the sack was busted and leaking. Way over priced for what you get and they can't even put their food in a proper container. Tasted horrible and greasy. Will not ever try Moby Dick again.

I visited the Shepherdsville Moby Dick for my takeout order today. My order included Whale of a Sandwich, sm onion rings, Bratwurst, and small fries. The two ladies behind the counter were wonderful, polite, and very courteous to me. My order was completed in a timely manner. Several other customers came in while I waited for my order. Restaurant was very clean and looked updated. The best part was when I got home and my wife and I agreed that the food was as good as I remembered from several years ago. We will definitely return for more of their delicious fish!

Franchise needs to revamp all the stores in general. But this was a nice and clean store.
